Hampton Inn Lancaster

The staff were fantastic they were so kind, they made you feel at home. The layout of our room and the hotel was very comfortable and homey. I loved the grounds and landscaping as well. I have stayed in a lot of Hamptons and don't usually give reviews I just felt it was really important because they were such positive things and yet such negative things all at the same time.

The price was ridiculous. The rooms need new carpet very worn and stained. The common areas had very filthy floors. Breakfast was not very good at all. Such a shame because it was such a unique layout and so comfortable in this hotel and yet it had major disabilities at the same time.

The breakfast was very good. Hot food diffrent each day and enough variety for everyone. The staff was amazing very attentive and helpful. There were children making lots of noise in the hall of the hotel and staff quickly took care of the situation without making a scene. Very professional. I also liked when you walked into the hotel there were people in the lobby area playing board games and cards gave it a real family vibe. And people brought their pets but hotel was still very clean. Bonus: they did a great use of space. The wall has a curtain that runs across and behind it is what was supposed to be a closet. Loved the idea of not taking up more room space rather using the empty space more useful. Great job!

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The cabinet door where the refrigerator is was loose and I thought at one point it would fall off. Made me nervous. But that is an easy fix.

Staff was super friendly. Requested crib was waiting for us on arrival. Room was large and clean.

Booked a king bed but was given a queen room. Breakfast super crowded and limited staff had a hard time keeping up (not the hotel's or the poor staff's fault...many very sloppy and entitled guests helping themselves to way more food than they could possibly eat and leaving mounds of uneaten food and huge messes across multiple tables to be cleaned up).

The staff were extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. The room was so clean and welcoming. Best bed I have ever sleep on outside my own. The entire facility was so clean and welcoming. The breakfast surpassed my expectations. It was heathy and delicious and there was plenty. The staff who prepared the food and keep it stocked were exceptional. Everything was so good I regretting leaving when our stay was over. I hope all Hampton Inns have created this same atmosphere. Best weekend ever and largely due to the stay at the hotel.

I was highly disappointed there was not a proper closet instead of behind the curtain therefore my wardrobe I slept next to on my bed!! My mom(80) was not happy about the closet situation!!

Very comfortable and had a ton of outlets and USB jacks. Bathroom was small, but clean. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Staff was helpful, but would have liked to have known about electronic check-in before we got there. Good value.

Didn't like being next to a guest who had a yippy dog who barked from 4AM until when they checked out. Staff was helpful, but would have liked to have known about electronic check-in before we got there. They didn't do a good job clearing ice and snow during a storm.

The breakfast was excellent and hot!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great having coffee available throughout the day and evening. The dining area was very clean and orderly. Great Job!!!

Everything exceeded my expectations and I don’t have any complaints concerning the hotel, employees and the breakfast area. The entire hotel was very clean as was the hotel’s landscaping and parking lots.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. Location was great. Loved the outdoor pool and the mattress was very comfy.

Didn't like the lack of end nightstands and the baskets to hold our clothes were too small. Had a difficult time using the microwave because it was too low.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the ease of checking in and out. The breakfast was nice and tasted good. They had helpful lists in the lobby about places in the area, such as restaurants, etc.

The rooms didnt have a regular closet, but it was fine.

I love this hotel! All of the Staff were so friendly. Room was so clean. The breakfast was good. They had fresh baked cookies every night. I was overall very happy with my experience.

The pool was broken the first 2 days we were there, so we had to drive to another location to swim.
