Wonderful workers always there to help out . Nice and quiet and the room was very clean. They were very helpful especially when I asked if they could give my mail to the mail man bc the post office was closed. So Thank them for helping out.

Nothing really they're was helpful with everything but I wish sometimes they would switch the grab and go breakfast and maybe stay open a little longer then 9 ,so I can get one more coffee but then again most places are done be 9 or 9:30 . So above all not bad at all . I Love the stay.

This hotel has a convenient location to US1 with restaurants and a convenience store close by. They are pet friendly with a $25 fee per pet, per night. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel charged us a $100 deposit, which is not done by all ESA hotels. However, it was refunded within a couple of days. We went down to the lobby at approximately 7:30 am. for the grab and go breakfast, but the coffee was already empty, and there was only a couple of muffins left. I

This hotel is close to US1 and the Turnpike with several restaurants and stores nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor and were close to the exterior entrance, which was convenient, especially for our handicapped person who is in a wheelchair.

Being close to the exterior entrance means you hear the doors slamming closed all throughout the night. There were some blemishes that need maintenance.

The front desk lady was unbelievable. I had thought I could pay in cash and she took the time and explained everything plus went out of her way to tell me how to get to my bank and come back quickly

There was one thing. Refrigerator in my room made loud noise in middle of night but I was up so I fixed it. Leveled it out so that it wouldn't rattle

Accomodations very nice

Check-in hospitality host....she was outside talking when I arrived. I waited (3-5mins) I went outside and asked if someone could check me in....her response was .. Someone will be with you soon.....I go back inside and additional 3mins more....when she came inside she didn't have a pleasant attitude which resulted in a bad experience checking in ...

the location was a good spot. close to restaurants & the casino

the rooms are very outdated and needs to be renovated ASAP. Also breakfast was a big disappointment. only had hot water, coffee, packs of instant oatmeal and some granola bars. If this is a franchise owner they are definitely hurting the brand name

Staff cordial, value for the area.

Had to change rooms, tv did not work. Then had to request face wash cloths, missing from rooom. would appreciate a breakfast time little later than 9:30.

There is not anything not to like. I had all my question answered when accommodated appropriately.

The women who work there are very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. You could leave the coffee out longer.

Great location an i do like kitchen an they have shower chair

The desk clerk was very nice the elevator was done my stay she ask did i want to still check in due to am handicap having prosthetic leg was hard but i except she then took off 20percent of my bill,that was very nice of her.
