Breakfast to have different types of food instead of same type, cleanness to be done daily since bedsheets used are white,

No hotel taxi services it will be inorder if the hotel has its taxi or have agreement with some taxi firms to assist in picking customers from Airport to hotel and back when leaving even whenever the guest wants taxi services let the hotel make arrangements by calling one payment will be done by the requesting guest

The Staff were very nice.. room was decent bed was comfortable

the ice machine wasn’t working had to go to the third floor for ice after checking the first and second floor and the lady in the breakfast room was helping with the food and cleaning but never changed her gloves she a great worker did a very good job with keeping the area clean but wasn’t sanitary

Everything - all the staff in the lobby and the breakfast room were extremely pleasant. Justin and his sister were exceptional. Staying there made my time in the Phila. area comfortable as I had hoped.

On checking in the receptionist was curt. After a long day of driving this was most unappreciated.

The room was very cozy nice clean the staff was nice

Only thing I don't like about the room it don't have a microwave every time you go downstairs to the lobby and every time you warm your food up and go upstairs to your room your food be cold

I love this property so much my family an I come here very frequently... but know that it is summer an we have a lot of hot days the pool is never clean for my children to enjoy the pool before check out time . My bed room was a complete mess this time , bathroom was completely trashed I disinfected and wiped it down myself so that I knew it was safe for my children .... For the price rate of the hotel they can do so much better or hire more staff to help keep up with the rooms an the outside pool!

For parent who are like me an like to get away an do small things with your children this is a nice place to stay but I would not get my hopes up high on a clean room or clean pool !

Hallways smelled like marijuana

I stayed for three nights because I had a wedding to officiate, which included a rehearsal the night before. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The only thing that negative about my stay was the continental breakfast. It consisted of a frozen breakfast sandwich and muffin that didn’t taste very good even after microwaving. I believe that COVID probably influenced how they were offering their continental breakfasts though so hopefully that will improve.

The king sized bed was very large and comfortable. The room in general was great.

I was very disappointed to see that breakfast had already finished by 9:30 am. On the website guidelines, it says that breakfast should be open until 10:00 AM on the weekends...

.Everyone was very polite and very helpful and make my stay enjoyable and I will return here again soon.

That the toilet is not botted to the floor and it runs if you don't shake the handle.ALSO CHANGING THE LINEN AND KEEPING UP THE ROOM

Front desk Mr. Justin was really great always with a smile and hospitable. Hot breakfast was good.

Wifi was not working. Also had to swipe room keys several times to gain access.
