The staff is great! They always make sure that everything is going well and they always ask if there is anything else they can do.
Due to COVID and shipment being delayed, the facility needs overhead bulbs for the desk area. They have been patiently waiting for them and they are needed.

Everything was great in my room (339). My parents room on the other hand had some issues (331) all of the lights closest to the window didn't work. But other then that all of the staff was amazing and very accommodating. This is my second time staying there and I would probably stay there again.

The staff are always so friendly and kind. There is always a smile on their face when you walk into the lobby.
It is nothing against the hotel, but there were some guests who were kids and extremely loud that were in the room beside me. Their horseplaying went on until about 12:30am.

Excellent customer service. Front desk very helpful and friendly. However, the bed comfort was horrible. Felt like we were sleeping on concrete. For that reason, I don’t think I would stay at this location again.

This is my favorite hotel in the area to stay at. During big storms, power goes out in our area of Langhorne. We always stay at this hotel during these times. The staff is always welcoming and polite. The facility itself is modern and very clean. The rooms are spacious with a high definition tv, refrigerator, microwave, and very comfortable beds. We wish the indoor pool was open, but unfortunately due to Covid, it is closed. All in all, highly recommend this facility.

The staff went out of their way to help us in any way they could. It was late we just came from another hotel that was filthy and this place was really nice. The front desk went out do their way to ensure we had everything we needed

Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the usual hotel extras (ironing board, hairdryer, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Very friendly front desk staff.
Pool, fitness center and bistro closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Not the hotels fault.
