Desk staff was efficient & friendly. Room met my expectations of cleanliness. In-room coffee was better than most. All appliances that I used worked well. Bed was firmer than most which I appreciated. Location was great as I attemded the WWII Weekend at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum. Only took 7-8 minutes too get there from the hotel.

There were no plug-ins for your phone on near the night stands or on the lamps. Hotels that I have been in lately have these. There was an electric outlet on the table lamps but if you didn't have a wall charger or a power bank you were out of luck. Breakfast was average. The breakfast area is small & there arn't many tables there however there is a seating area next to it with side tables & people were utilizing that area for breakfast. They are going too be upgrading the hotel according to flyers that were put under your hotel door so I will be looking forward to that the next time I stay here.

Centrally located to Santander Center. Close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. Friendly staff and comfy beds. There was a continental breakfast. I did not partake in it (late riser) but the area looked like it served a variety of items. There was a working elevator making the second floor easily accessible to everyone. The sign out front looked a little dingy, but the inside was good. The only issue I had was the room was warm for me. I couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat but the windows opened (2nd floor room and felt safe doing so) so it wasn't bad. The ice machine machine worked, the bathroom sink and toilet had great pressure. I was only there for one night and did not shower but I would assumed the shower is the same way. The mini fridge kept our drinks very cold. There was a safe in the room as well.

If I had to say something here is that the rooms were oddly numbered but the front desk staff showed us right were our room was and we found it with no issues.

It was about a 10 minute car ride from a concert I was seeing. Because of the timing of my arrival, I wasn't sure how late I would be able to check in, however when I called the hotel, the front desk was very reassuring and told me I could check in anytime later than 3pm (before 3am). She also made a note in my reservation about it. The room & bathroom were much nicer than I expected for the price. They were very clean and the bathroom was very modern. There was a few water stains in the ceiling as they have a drop ceiling in the bathroom, but nothing major. As a bonus, when we arrived, the local July 4th fireworks show was clearly visible from the parking lot!

From the outside, the area is a little sketchy and looks very lonesome. We arrived around 11pm to check in and were a little nervous about the location. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Reading but is on a major road with lots of businesses & restaurants. Overall, the inside was much better than the outside.

Large quiet room, comfortable bed, lots of vanity space around the sink, loved the walk-in shower. Monica and Joe at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.

If they could just change from carpet to a wood floor (so much more sanitary), this place would be perfect! We would definitely stay again and recommend this property to other travelers.

great location, good staff and good sized rooms

I had a few problems with the heating. it seemed to drop low in the night and I was cold and to turn up the heat even though it was set at 71. there is upstairs noise on the first floor, though not terrible certainly noticeable. Train noise also was quite noticeable though not terrible.

Staff was great: front desk, maintenance, cleaning, and the breakfast prep person, all had good attitudes, greeted us, and were so helpful. Hot breakfast was really good. Many options.

The pillows were smaller than standard size and seemed filled like a beanbag so kind of lumpy. But there were 4 per bed which made up for that.

Was a nice little hotel,desk staff and breakfast lady was friendly. House keeping was a different story. Would stay again

People may not like the train that every so often that runs behind the hotel. Wish it had a laundry facility

There was a woman who told her that I would stay one more day, her way of helping me was not the best since she was somewhat rude when I tried to explain that my bank card was stolen and that I could not use the same credit card, she didn't listen to me and kept talking and she got upset when I told her to listen to me... after that she was upset

Had to do an early check in, I'm a regional truck driver following D.O.T. rules so I have to take at least 10hrs off before i can drive to finish route, lady at check in was very nice and efficent (checked in at exactly 930am) . I did my 10 hrs got up and left and theres plenty of parking for tractor trailers on side street next to hotel.

Stacey was very helpful in extending my stay and honoring the price I paid for the first night which was very kind of her. The other front seat staff forgot her name was also very sweet! The maintenance guy as well. It was a great stay!! My husband loved the bed! He said it was supper comfortable! I agreed! Even though at first sight I thought the opposite! Jijiji

Wished breakfast was hot buffet but what was offered was ok.
