The staff was very nice. They were able to honor my requests regarding my room location. I can't THANK YOU enough!

Most of the room key activated entrance doors were not operational. Apparently this issue has persisted for some time. I always appreciate a free breakfast. The breakfasts at this location were LAME! Finally, it would be wonderful if the facility provided recycling. In this day and age it is simply unforgivable for a company this size to not provide and embrace recycling!

spotless and very comfortable. looked like brand new carpeting throughout. we were on the 1st floor so didn’t have to deal with steps or elevators. parking was very convenient. desk staff friendly and very helpful. breakfast offered a good selection and was nice to have hot meal choices after being at a few places that offered only packaged items like you’d get from a vending machine.

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived around 8:00pm and the front desk girl was super nice and made sure our room was suitable for us. The overnight front desk guy, Matt, was without a doubt a GEM! He was charming and funny, and helped us when we needed extra towels, toilet paper, even a channel guide for the TV in our room! He was so knowledgeable about the area, and made great recommendations as to where to eat locally. To have him working an overnight shift is a waste! His talents would be better suited in the day or afternoon shift, so he can assist those checking in! That guy should be showcased!

The AC unit in our room smelled of mildew every time it turned on. We thankfully had some body spray with us that we sprayed in the vents so wait was more tolerable.

It was clean and close to my sons tournament.

We had to wait over 30mins to see if there was a room available even though we had a reservation and I had called the day before to confirm. It was 7:45pm when we arrived and had an early game in the morning so waiting to get a room at 8:30pm was unacceptable especially when we had a reservation. They were very nice but didn’t offer a discount or anything for having us wait.

the staff was very friendly and responsive. the bed and the sofa were comfortable and the shower was good.

we are fine with the room only being cleaned every other day, but both small trash cans were overflowing by the time we left. place larger trash cans in the room. or better yet, add a recycling trash can to each room.

Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Morning breakfast options. Pool for the kids. No individual shampoos, conditioners, etc. (environmentally good!).

People next to us were very noisy between 10-12 at night. Talking loud and slamming their door. Speaking of environment, did not like to see styrofoam containers in breakfast area. There are more environmentally friendly options that you may want to consider.

The staff was friendly, convenient location, and great breakfast.

My room wasn't fully clean. The desk and lamps were dusty and not wiped down. The bathroom had hair on the floor, which wasn't mine. I can only assume the floor wasn't mopped or swept.

I did like that upgrading my wifi to allow streaming was a convoluted and ridiculous affair that ended in not being able to do so at all as it turns out. I won’t be staying here again if this is not remedied. I should be able to call down to the desk, tell them I want it upgraded, they add $5.00 to my bill and that’s it. done. period.

Breakfast was very nice. Good quality and selection.

Two lights had to be repaired in our room upon arrival. The door closer needs to be replaced. It could cause injury!

Breakfast fail due to Covid. Chocolate chip granola bar was more an afternoon snack (belvita would’ve been better). Orange should have been a banana as a family member with reflux would not eat an acid for breakfast

Feather pillows should be optional woke up with facial rash and eye swelling. Was supplied with foam pillow then. Seems to have no maid service. Had to ask for towels. Trash from meal at night, still there 24 hours later
