Clarion Inn Strasburg - Lancaster

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and there was a bar restaurant that was very nice next to the property.

you get what you pay for property was old and definitely in need of some updates, but we were only spending one night so it was fine for what I was looking for. value was more important for the trip.

Quiet, location, comfortable to sleep, restaurant

Floors were dirty, gross and other guests mentioned the same. Same dirt and debri under n around beds from the last time we stayed months ago.

Close to Sight and Sound. Had a very nice room and view. W e were on the 2nd floor and took advantage of the rocking chairs. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Still having to follow "Grab and Go" for breakfast. We did sit outside on the rockers to enjoy our breakfast.

Got there around 5 and despite stating ground flour room on booking.com, was put in a second floor room. Was traveling with 2 persons with canes, one being 77 and another with a walker. Staff however, made some changes and we were placed in last ground floor room, it was handicapped accessible. There was sometime, however, when check-in made it sound as if we were going to have to take 2nd floor room. Staff did apologize and stated that is a problem with booking.com, that the information requesting a ground floor room, is not communicated to them.

dry sauna provides a relaxing amenity that you don’t typically see at other hotels. rooms were spacious. bed was very comfortable.

it’s already disappointing they aren’t providing hot breakfast in their large continental breakfast room, but to top it off the grab and go breakfast they do provide is pitiful. consisting of fruit, prepackaged muffins, oatmeal, juice and coffee.

We did not get the to go breakfast. We were pleased with the size and cleanness of our room. The towels and wash cloths were very white and fluffy as were the bed linens.

It was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was very quiet. But l wish l would gotten some more rest. (Explanation to follow)

I was called at about 6:30 in the morning to go back to the checkout desk for something they neglected to do. One reason you go to a hotel is to get some rest. My rest was broken and l didn't get the rest that l needed. l was tired when l saw the sight and sound play. The hotel was wonderful for the most part.

There was nothing we didn’t like about it. We will be going back next year for our Anniversary. Every year we go to LANCASTER,PA for it and was looking for a place to go every year and I think we found it

Lovely property. The area is very, very picturesque and the room and site were mowed, clean and quiet. The price was I thought a bit high. The property is clean and well maintained, but a bit aged. Other than that, no negative feedback at all. Plan to spend time here if you visit. Parking was plentiful, which is not always a given. The front desk staff were very helpful!

The price was a bit above market for similarly aged properties.
