Not much breakfast. When we arrived for breakfast at 7:30 am, choice of 3 muffins or cereal or waffles. Melissa was still baking French toast and bacon which was literally for maybe 8 people when the seating area was completely full including the lobby. Both regular coffee pots were taken away at the same time. went to ask when there would be more bacon and French toast and was told 10 minutes. We had a tour at Penn State and was not able to stay. Melissa was emptying boxes instead of refilling utensils, napkins, coffee and food items.

Hampton Inn is my place to stay when I visit or pick up my granddaughter at Penn State. After 5-6 stays now it's always great.

I don't like the fact that when Penn State goes on break or comes back from break the rates are obscenely increased! Also around sporting events! It's downright unfair and takes advantage of the "normal" traveler. On one occasion it made me make the 3 1/2 hrs one way trip all in one day. I'm in my late 60's and all that time in a car is uncomfortable. It's unreasonable that 1 night in the hotel could be $120.00 and the next night It's $280.00 or higher!

Good choice of breakfast items. It had variety of items. Fresh and healthy breakfast. Good for all age groups. It had fruit juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, bagel, muffins, waffles, fruits, cereals........ My family enjoyed it.

Spacious and clean rooms. Good fitness facility and pool. Convenient location. Friendly staff and service. My family prefers to stay in Hampton Inn during our trips.

having a grassy area for my fur son and the poop bags. I keep them mine clipped to the leach but I felt secure knowing that if I happened to need one they were there. The few snacks available for sale by the front desk.

No microwave in the room. I thought there was one when I booked but the room didn’t have any. the insert to the duvet fell out. I tried to line it back up but there were no hooks or copper to keep it from falling out. it was a big deal and didn’t say anything.

The staff are excellent. We had to charge rooms twice because the tv didn't work in the first room and the second was 2 queen beds instead of a king. But the staff (especially front desk) was very accommodating. Housekeeping helped find different soap for us.

Breakfast was absolutely awful. Inedible eggs, there was a bone in the turkey sausage and tiny tasteless muffins. Housekeeping did an ok job but there was some trash left on the dresser.

Everything was very very clean and our show dogs were welcomed with open arms! Perfect accomodations. Absolutely lovely, very large, clean, manicured, grassy area with lots of beautiful trees for our dogs to walk and take potty breaks. So clean and tidy, you would never know that other dogs had been there. Sweet people. Thank you guys so much for making our stay a pleasant experience! Erin Bully Mind and Body

The welcome from the front desk lady—WONDERFUL!!! The beds were comfortable and the space was quiet. First time being back in 4 years and we hope to return. FYI: We stayed at this establishment previously 4 years ago and it was awful (small beds and our room had a fan running as clearly there had been water in the room and the smell of damp and mildew was present. We actually left and went to another hotel and our money was not refunded.

Nice interior and rooms. Very Clean rooms.

Outside looks rundown. I was scared when I saw it. Very quiet except for the rude person next door who stood in the hallway and talked and laughed very loudly. Also heard the hairdryer very loud from a room next door early in the morning-needs better sound proofing.

My room was very nice. The outside look outdated… but the inside is really nice. Based on the outside I did not expect the inside to be as nice as it was. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My only issue is that there was blonde hair strands all over the room… it was hanging from the lamp… all in one of the beds pillows and sheets. In the bathroom on the sink.

The food was great and the presentation of the food was excellent The service from the staff was amazing. If you didn't see it they were more the helpful to get it for you. I enjoy my stay and would like to come again, Thank you-Janet Fisher
