Comfort Suites near Penn State - State College

I’ve liked the hotel very much. It is truly designed to make your stay comfortable. Location, nice breakfast, a gym that covered all my needs, a covered pool which I haven’t used but looked very tempting. The staff was really kind and efficient. I fully recommend

Rooms were nice

Pool was small. When my friend came a little later, she couldn’t get a key for her room. She showed her email which had her name and still couldn’t get one. She had to come find us in the restaurant to get the one given to me. I was given the keys but wasn’t sure when exactly she was coming. And the cost was way too high. Would like to stay next year but may have to go to a more reasonably priced one

The location to Penn State was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. What made this trip 5 star was Michael at the front desk. He was so pleasant, very helpful with Penn State information, happy to see guests and anticipate questions. The lemon water in the lobby and small breakfast in the morning were also all nice additions.

Pillows were not the best and tv seemed to be missing stations.

The location is a bit odd as it is behind a lot of other buildings but overall it was easy to access. The cleanliness was SUPERB! We loved the staff and overall, the stay was very pleasant, I would recommend it and will return to the establishment!

The decor and such was a bit dated but overall good. The only thing was the tub for me it was too high and made it a huge challenge to bathe, I am in a wheelchair and transferring like that was complicated. I plan to just reserve a roll in shower room next stay.

Everything! The entire facility was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t matter if you walked through the lobby every five minutes, they greeted you and asked if you needed anything. Definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and back off of road. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to welcome us and ensure that we had everything we needed! Michael Hauser was very responsive and helpful prior to our stay and assisted me to book an extra room last minute the night before our stay. Joe was very welcoming when we checked in and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in. Everyone and everything exceeded my expectations. I have recommended to my family in the area when they have out of town guests. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank YOU!

The staffs are very nice. The morning breakfast is good. The location is great. There are enough facilities in the hotel. The bed is very cozy. The sofa and chair are great.

There are not much channels one can watch on the TV. The sound insulation is bad that I can hear noise outside of my door and window. Except the noise, not much I can complain.

.The room is excellent it is spacious and has basic amenities like microwave, ref and tv... also has sink tocwash dishes... though not walkable to downtown it is few minutes by car so location not too bad. The hotel overall is clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful, courteous and always smile

Breakfast is packaged like Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. I would prefer prepared fresh

The staff was so kind and attentive to detail. Worked very hard and everyone seemed proud to take care of the property.

We have been staying at this property for several years when we are in town. The service is friendly and very accommodating. Michael has the perfect customer service personality! Nice to see in this day and age! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

There really is nothing we don’t like here.
