The location was good. The room was clean.

The staff was kind of rude. I was waiting to check in there was no one at the desk but a woman on the phone in the office. She continued her call for about 5-10 minutes before addressing me at all. I was in her line of site she definitely saw me. Also, the rooms have multi use hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I worry about how long that has been there and how sanitary it is. It seem like an infection control problem.

Location is great, signage could be better, a graduation hat doesn't scream hotel - especially across the street from a university. bed was comfy, sound machine was a great bonus and the black out curtains were clutch.

The elevator was broken sunday morning, walking up and down 5 flights of stairs especially with a suitcase wasn't fun.

Convenient, room size, shower.

We have stayed there twice in the same room. First time, kitchen area was dirty. This time cleaner. But no toilet paper and the roll on bar was almost empty but folded in a triangle…thought that was funny. The additional bedding in cabinet appears to have been used and just stuffed back in storage bag. Tissues in tissue box appear to be taken from another and stuffed individually into box…weird. Just some housekeeping issues that could be improved on.

The room was very clean and cute. I liked having a fridge and sink. The bathroom was also very nice and the bed was very comfy.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. I wish that would just be included with the price of the hotel. Also the elevator didn’t work the second day which was unfortunate

Location was great, right across Phi Sig location, downtown. The staff was very nice and the room was spacious. Although extra, parking was convenient and close by in a covered parking garage.

The kitchenette sink was not clean so I did not use it. There was a "ring" of dirt around the drain opening. Also 3 of the laminate boards were not glue/placed tight and kept making a sound when walked on. A complimentary water at check in would have been a nice plus. Parking charges were not included; this should be clearly stated when booking.

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. Huge room with comfortable beds and linens.

Communication regarding housekeeping could’ve been better. It’s only upon request and I had called down requesting housekeeping, and they never made it to our room. At least we received fresh towels from the front desk.

The staff was extremely helpful especially Casi Who helped us when our room wasn’t available at 3 PM. She gave us another room at no extra charge. Unfortunately the bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close. She had someone fix it. Dan another employee help too.

Equipped with microwave and fridge.

Low floor rooms can hear noise’s from the streets, especially on weekends when students are getting late night snacks or walking around. Dirty dishes and cups inside the dishwasher. Dust bunnies in the gap between the fridge and kitchen counter

Very clean with nice amenities like shampoo/conditioner in the shower and a little kitchen. Very comfortable room, and nice shower.

There was no fitted sheet on the bed so we his to lie on top of the other sheet. The body wash in the shower was empty and we had only decaf kcups provided, but front desk was helpful and brought some regular ones up after I called.

Very convenient for our situation having an infant with us. Great location to walk around and be close to the downtown area.

With house keeping being “by request” was hoping for a larger garbage can in the room to hold a weekend length of stay.
