Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel

Breakfast was good for 3 of us but was nothing GF for my husband except fruits and cereal. The hotel will attract more customers if they will include in the breakfast GF menu and I do not mean cereal. The room was great . The location was very nice, safe, clean and quiet. We liked the swimming pool as well . We had to leave a day early due to un expected event and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful helping us to deal with the situation and also by contacting her manager to help us with the questions and concerns we had . Very grateful for that.

I wished there was a GF menu for breakfast besides fruits and cereal, like the eggs and the potatoes

Breakfast is outstanding, the pancake machine is great. Beds are very comfy, carpet is clean, towels are generous. The gym is excellent, many machines to choose from. Really like the kcup selection and especially the half n half, doesn't get too much better. I liked it so much last time, I came back again! Great food nearby, Delco cheesesteaks, Whole foods is not far.

One machine in the gym was DOA out of about 15, so not awful. The heat was a little noisy when it kicked on, but fortunately, I don't miss it nor did I need it in the room...

I researched long and hard for this stay and I don't know BW as being the best from the way back machine...but it delivered and exceeded in every way! Don't hesitate to book, you will not regret...Bed and pillows and towels are very nice, floors/carpet are both clean, in fact, everything in the room was very clean. Nice soap/bath products made in Canada, I think it was. Keurig in the room and they had some excellent pods to pick from like Kirkland Dark Roast. Here is my acid test for this level of hotel in three words: half and half. If they don't have it, it is a minus i my book. BW has it. They also had half gallons of spring water for sale for a not unreasonable price. This is great in my book as I don't love tap water for chlorine and more. Was so glad I didn't have to go out at midnight for it. The gym was in really good shape with lots of variety (treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, full weights, bikes) and some reno going on. This hotel even has white marble throughout lobby and a marble staircase. Decor is beautiful for Christmas! It's a quick trip to the airport. Plenty of food choices nearby. Breakfast! I am enchanted with the pancake machine! Delicious in addition to eggs, sausage, bagels, instant oatmeal, and more. Would definitely stay again, in fact, I extended two more nights, I was so pleased.

Cannot think of much, maybe just have sanitizing wipes in the gym, possibly? Felt at home. I would prefer real coffee cups and glasses but am sure that would cost more to maintain. Superior stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room layout worked well for us. It was also very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was appealing. There was enough parking, and the location was close to shopping and close enough to Neumann University & Ice Works. The hotel lobby is beautiful.

When we arrived we were briefed on rules about no birthday parties/cake/balloons. It did not affect us, but another group who had come to the hotel to celebrate a birthday was taken by surprise. I think restrictions like that should be very clear at the time of booking.

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The pool area was also clean. My boys enjoyed the basketball court. The price was great.

The breakfast was ok. I didn't care for the pancake maker...the pancakes weren't fluffy or tasty. Danishes or fresh muffins and a better selection of fresh fruit would have been nice. Also, I was looking forward to corn hole based on the online pics but then there was no corn hole to be found.

Great location near Longwood Gardens, wineries, and Philadelphia. Staff were wonderful and always eager to please. Rooms were great.

The included breakfast was good though the sausage patties were like hockey pucks and the links did not look desirable. When bacon was available, it was perfect. There were some times too when things were not replaced timely (e.g., coffee lids rand out, a pan of bacon or sausage ran out) which was surprising since there was a staff member there working it the whole time.

I love this property, it’s convenient easy parking, friendly staff, beds are comfortable.

Something in my bathroom smelled like mildew, the breakfast could be better I love eggs and they are very wet I’m guessing they are powdered eggs, and someone in the office booked me an extra night stay I guess accidentally thank god I wasn’t charged.

Everything! Staff was great, hotel was clean, breakfast was the best, beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing! The hotel looks better than most casinos with the marble everywhere. The area is quiet yet close to everything. I live 30 minutes away and stay here just for a getaway. Pool was awesome to...

The pinball machine in the game room was broken.🤷🏾‍♂️

parking was very good.There we’re a variety of machines in the fitness room. The breakfast selection was good.

The only complaint we had about this was that there was no wipes/ sanitizer in the fitness room. I told the front desk person about it on the first day & she said she would get it fixed. Unfortunately, it was not! I told the same person about it on the second day and again was told it would be fixed. Hopefully it was fixed.

It was wonderful staying! Beautiful hotel, cleanliness everywhere, big room with comfort beds, everything you need in the bathroom, very clean... gym and pool were excellent, stuff was very pleasant and polite, breakfast also was good.... we were amazed with this experience! Will come back shortly for sure! ❤️ Thank you Best Western team!
