Worth the cost. Conveniently located if working with Navy. Very clean.

No gym. No indoor pool. But then you'll pay more to get those features around here.

This hotel exceeds my expectations.. I booked this hotel last minute and was abit nervous about the cleanliness of the place but I was shocked.. I stayed in a king size room: it was spacious, clean, fresh and very welcoming. If your in this area, you should consider staying here. Ooo not to mention the receptionist, unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she’s Jamaican. She is just awesome.. very polite and gave us good restaurant recommendations.

The room was kept clean and was comfortable. The price was very competitive for the location. The staff was very helpful when we had a problem with the new shower and found it was our fault not knowing how to use it .

There was no phone or elevator for the second floor. The hallway carpet was in poor condition but it looks like they are remodeling right now.

The room is simple but has everything that is essential, including a refrigerator and microwave. There are stores and fast food restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

The walls are a bit thin. I heard the sounds of a television or radio from the room next door for most of the evening. The bathroom also was not thoroughly cleaned, as I found strands of hair on the floor that were not mine.

This was a clean basic room, bare bones, but it was clean and pleasant. Staff was excellent, parking lot well lit. If you need a place to spend a couple of nights this certainly fit the bill.

Morning coffee was weak, but great diner down the street. Nothing else - just a clean, quiet place to stay. Thanks

Peaceful and enjoyable stay! Nice size room with very warm and comfortable bed! Good size mini fridge in room, free cable TV and WiFi ! Love to walk-in shower! Super Market across the street from the Hotel, and plenty of Restaurants and other store for shopping! RIPTA Bus Service Route 60 and 63 are available for travelers.

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Newport and booked it because it was the cheapest options we could find with decent reviews. Overall I was happy with the experience. Check in was very easy and the desk worker was very friendly. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, surprisingly. Our room I thought was very clean and it was updated so maybe recently remodeled. Housekeeping came and gave fresh towels and took out the garbage. The location was great! It was only about a 10 minute drive to Newport and to do all the things we wanted. They did provide continental breakfast, but we only had it one day. I would definitely stay here again!

I feel the price was high for what it is, but given the other prices in Newport and surrounding areas I feel like it was good. There was some yogurt and other items from the free breakfast left in our fridge from previous guests so I’m assuming house keeping didn’t check in there when the room was cleaned. The pool wasn’t open which wasn’t a huge deal to us since we really only slept in the room. The breakfast was ok. They had a lot of different options which I appreciated. The jimmy dean breakfast sandwich would’ve been better if it wasn’t turkey sausage and maybe a croissant instead of an English muffin, but that’s just me being picky.

The property was pretty close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was comfortable and felt good to come back after a day of exploring and rest comfortably.

We had two rooms. One was super clean and the other one was not the cleanest. The bathroom floor was dirty and we found dog hair on our pillows. We asked the front desk for a broom to clean it up.

It was convenient to where we needed to be for our vacation. It was quiet, no problems with night time noise.

It may be wrapping up or in the middle of a renovation, so while there were tables in the area, the property did not offer a breakfast.
