Decent, pr-packagef breakfast bar. There is something to satisfy all palates. Some bagels were a bit stale, but not all of them.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The facility hall carpets were new when I was here a couple of months ago in summer, and the corridors had a strange, rubber, chemical odor. However, now in September, that odor has disipated. One could no longer detect an odor.

Location was great to get to Newport, Providence, Warwick, Narragansett. Breakfast was always being changed up, but there was always eggs, scrambled or hard boiled, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and, of course, waffles not to mention the healthy stuff of yogurt and fresh fruit. My only negative about our entire stay was Newport having to pay to park in two days we paid 50 bucks to park $20 one day $30 the other it fluctuated

Breakfast was good, faculties were great fire pit was awesome. Wish it could have stayed open later

it was updated and fresh not dated at all. new furniture good bed. great value for the price at 155. friendly front desk. good location. 6 minutes from restaurants and stores. breakfast was not greatest thing but lots of prepackaged items that felt sanitary for todays Covid world we live in.

I just felt like the cleanliness could be a little better I do have to note that I am very picky and look at everything. I did not complain it was not filthy or very dirty it just had like spiderweb in the corner and a hair inside the bedsheets which I’m hoping it was just from the maid service and not from a previous guest! pillows also very mushy. for the price it was good value.

Check in/out was easy. Very nice rooms. Great location. Free breakfast was a plus. Staff was helpful. Tip: once you've checked in, park out back near the door to the dining area and rear entrance. It's convenient if its pouring rain as it was during our stay.

If you're a lite sleeper the hallway noise from other guests could wake you up. I suggest getting a room away from the elevators.

The staff were amazingly helpful and courteous

We were not informed nor was there any write up in our room about the rooms not being made every day so when we got home at 11:30 pm the bed was still unmade and bath towels not replenished. The code was also not working so we had to go back down to get re-coded. Bed foam topper was not comfortable at all

The staff at the front desk was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The lobby was a comfortable place to relax. The coffee was very good. I loved having the tea tree shampoo and conditioner.

The breakfast was pretty awful. Everything was highly processed. The toaster did not work well. The other issue I had was the soap. The bar of soap was small. It was a pain to take it from the sink to the shower.

First of all.....the bathroom in my room was super clean and I totally appreciate that!!! Also...at breakfast (and I commented to the kitchen staff) I was impressed with how much cleaning and restocking was being done! Thank you!

The facility was excellent, especially for the value of the rooms. clean, well supplied, comfortable beds. The breakfast was sufficient for what is needed to get the day started. Staff was very helpful and accomodating, even when being talked down to by other guests. The "beach view" shades are an awesome touch on the windows;)

Rude guests who treated the staff poorly because there was understaffing. Nothing the hotel can fix, but your staff at this location deserve to be commended for their service!

Nice breakfast clean room stayed there before location was convenient to visit two good friends in area.

Went thru Bookings instead of Marriott direct and saved $160.00 in room fees. Didn’t understand Marriott pricing policy.
