The room was gorgeous and clean. The bed was insanely comfortable.
I would have given this location a 10 out of 10 but the breakfast was awful. I'm sure the waffles would have been good but the lines were too long. Everything inside the warming box must have been there since 7:00 and not changed out because it was all hard as a rock and not edible. I had juice and cereal after that.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and professional. We were always greeted with a smile 😊The complimentary breakfast with homemade waffles, absolutely delicious. Can’t say enough from the cleanliness of the rooms to the professionalism with every level of staff. The closeness to the town was convenient and enjoyable, especially stopping in to CocoBon Chocolatier for a treat for the kids and Bark for the fur babies. Can’t wait to book another stay in beautiful downtown Anderson, South Carolina!!!

The hotel is beautiful, looks new. Very modern and up to date. Would definitely stay again, if we had to.
The breakfast was mediocre, we've had better. Initially, we were given a room that was completely turned over (bed wasn't made, etc) and ready for guests, so we had to be moved to another room. In our second room, there were blue tape in a few spots in the bathroom, like they needed to do some small repairs. It should have been done before guests saw the room.

My experience with Booking was awful! The hotel said they wouldn’t honor the reservation with you all and I had to pay full price. Then you all said you would credit my Bookings cash to my credit card which hasn’t happened either!!! I’m surprised at you all!!!

The location was good. I liked the breakfast, but my husband wasn't a fan. The eggs were powdered, and I have allergies to bacon and sausage preservatives.
The breakfast could have been better. The closest could have been a little larger the bed could have been a little firmer.

Breakfast was ok, wish you would use real eggs. Biggest disappointment was the water temperature and pressure. I took a shower at 7:30am and the pressure was weak at best and the water lukewarm.

Super clean and new! Great location within walking distance to all shops, dining, bars etc. Pet friendly and superb breakfast. Very safe just across from the police station and fire station.
