The hotel itself was fine.

Was told I had to pay for the room but we already pre paid. I insisted we already pre paid and the gentleman at the front had to ask for help on how to find out if we already paid or not. I checked in separately from my sister and warned her as I paid for both rooms in advance. She forced to pay again for a room we already paid for on booking.com.

I booked two rooms which was over $600.00 for 1 night. We were not allowed to have breakfast the next morning. For the amount I paid for rooms, we should have been able to have breakfast the next morning. This was a stop ever for a trip we were taking with my family. Was not pleased with this at all. I paid a lot of money for these rooms, I am working class in the health field. Doesn’t come easy. I will take this in consideration the next trip we take this year Doubletree by Hilton!!

The location was great! We loved how everything, especially the event we attended at the Coliseum was just minutes away. We loved the outside sitting area in the front and the back of the hotel. The hotel staff was great especially Ms. Elaine at the front desk, she was very welcoming, and she made my check-in quick and smooth.

I was disappointed with our room, when we walked in, we noticed that the carpet was ripped in several places. The chair and pillow looked disgustingly dirty with stains, so we did not sit in the chair. once we got off the elevator and turned the corner to walk to our room, the hall had a strong stench (smell), like the carpet needed to be shampooed or replaced.

Great location for working at my Charleston Office (Leads Ave) and easy to get out and onto the interstate. I ate dinner there that evening and the steak was fantastic! ark

The breakfast buffet was $20!!!!!! That is ridiculous....had I known, I would have gone elsewhere for breakfast. There is a broken dresser drawer in Room 414 (I did not use any drawers but noticed it).

the bed! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 the mattress, the sheets, pillows, and the comforter; amazing. best rest I've had in years.

the price, plus the other added fees that we weren't aware of u til we got to the property. the entrance/ exit of the property is difficult to leave and return around certain times, maybe push for a light at that intersection

shower, bed and pillows were awesome. very clean. employee helped us to use the TV menu ... we were so confused . Registration desk manager also helped husband set up his laptop. Very cheerful folks.

Missing lightbulbs in two lights. Couldn't get the coffee maker to work Couldn't purchase yogurt from the fridge.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice and welcoming.

Someone from housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 but we didn't call for anything to be brought. We were still in the bed and didn't know they were knocking on our door until they opened it. We alerted that we were there and they apologized but still it was a bit disconcerting.

I like the location in conjunction with the city of Charleston, and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast was not the greatest. We found mold on our bagel. We stayed 2 nights but only had breakfast the first morning.

The location was great, close to shops, restaurants, and the interstates.. Staff was very friendly, super helpful, and professional. The amenities were good and clean as well.

The room was a tad smaller than what we are used to but we made it work.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We're from Michigan but my families in Charleston. Both times were great- staff was super helpful. My only concern was when we got to the room this visit (4/21) that the main light in the room was broken and after asking twice to get it fixed, it got fixed. Other than that, we got towels, toilet paper in timely manner. Everyone wore masks.

Like I stated above, the main light in room was broken upon arrival. I had to ask 2 times for it to get changed.
