The bathroom sink was clogged and the tub was not cleaned throughly.

I liked that the property was in pretty good distance of everything we needed and the staff was great! Super easy check in and check out. the place was clean and everything was pretty average as for as the comfort of the beds and room go. The TV is also great!

One issue we had was room service coming into the room when we were there. I guess they thought no one was there, but our stay was until the following day. So we were confused when they were able to open up our room door. Only other thing I didn’t like was the pricing. I feel it’s a bit expensive for the few days we stayed compared to other hotels.

I was the only one in my family to go downstairs to have breakfast, because there was signage that breakfast should not be taken to the rooms. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, just to sleep and shower, so not much else to say,

The breakfast was pretty okay. I wasn't sure why there was a notice to customers that they couldn't have breakfast in their rooms, when clearly there is a microwave, table and chairs, coffee maker, etc. available, so that you can enjoy your breakfast with your family.

The location is awesome and convenient because it has many nearby stores and restaurants. The rooms are clean, facilities are good. Pillows and beds are comfortable.

The indoor pool is small and the light at the pool need to be repaired. Small breakfast area, we had to wait for a while to get the table for the family of 3 people.

This hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL..!!! The Breakfast was beyond "Continental". Although, I am a Vegetarian, I was very tempted to eat some of the Sausage Patties and Sausage Gravy (Lol)...because they looked and smelled soooo good. The female attendant kept the eating area very clean. The front desk attendants we're extremely friendly and was very helpful when I asked for directions to the shopping center, which was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. A Big THANKS to the entire staff. I most definitely will be returning in the near future.

Clean, modern room. Certainly not fancy, but nice enough for a family. Breakfast items supplied 6am week days. Convenient to I-26 expressway.

Very narrow parking spaces. The spaces at the rear of the building were not well lit at night, making it a perfect location to have your car damaged/stolen. Not very many spaces provided in the front of the building, which had better lighting. Hotel is located on a side-street, not the main thoroughfare.

The location was close to the interstate which made it easy to get to where we were going. The lobby and our room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a 12pm check which was also listed on our reservation. But we had 4 people knock on our door starting around 9:45 checking for the room to be empty. There should have been more coordination between the front office and housekeeping to avoid so many disruptions.

I liked the environment and the friendliness of the employees. The lighting in the room was better than most. The breakfast area was well kept and the food was very tasty.

I didn't like the fact that the bathrooms have not been upgraded. The carpet in the rooms should be changed to new ones. There was no clock in the room, which I thought was very unusual.

The staff was awesome. They were very attentive to our needs. The gentleman running the breakfast buffet is a gem! He was very pleasant to talk to.

There wasn't really anything that stands out that I didn't like. It was good for what I paid.

not enough parking spaces and absolutely the worst parking lot, there should be a way to drive around the parking lot but there’s not and I had to back all the way out and then a car came up behind me we had to back out till we got to the very front and then the very nice gentleman working gave us his space to park because there still was no spots available.
