The hotel was clean & the staff friendly. The location is located in a built up area near lots of restaurants and shops, but not near downtown Charleston. Obviously if you want near downtown, you’re going to pay for that convenience. Breakfast is offered at the hotel, but to me, pricey. We would definitely stay there again.

Half the plugs in the room didn't work. Was not made aware that you had to ask for your room to be serviced. Not great on refilling the coffee station or incidentals.

The selling point for me was the proximity to the airport. The concierge staff were the friendliest I’ve encountered on my trips to Charleston.
Wish the restaurant would stay open during lunch, when I stayed it opened at 5pm which was a little late for me, otherwise everything else was great!

Carpet needed to be shampooed and refrigerator did not cool, my food was warm. The room was not good compared to the price we paid. Was not happy with the soap supplies

The front desk staff was amazing. The bed was super comfortable.
The bathroom is quite dated as far as the wallpaper which was peeling in a lot of places. The pullout bed was uncomfortable per my teeenage son.
