I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness, staff, great location to downtown Charleston, the battery, market's. Room was exceptionally clean. Pool and BBQ very relaxing. Breakfast was above average and geared towards Adult's as well as children. Facilities exceptionally clean. The only thing about this location is you don't have any view of the Charleston vibes because it's in an industrial multiple hotel complexes to choose from.

Parking and evening staff was less than needy to assist with questions.

The hotel was great and met all our expectations. Booking with booking.com, I probably will not do again. Unable to talk to someone to communicate changes with booking detail. We arrived a day later so did not need the breakfast included on each day and would of appreciated a discount the first night stay since never slept in the room so no need for cleaning the room. I feel we should of not been charged, but no way to communicate this information with booking.com. With the challenges of flying these days, I will probably book directly with hotel to be able to negotiate situations. The hotel could not do anything since booked and paid through booking.com. Travelers should really consider this nowadays with the challenges of the airline system.

Very clean, perfect location if attending event at the coliseum. Amenities and free breakfast. Staff was helpful and professional.

Had a problem with water pressure in bathroom sink. They fixed it immediately. Would have liked more shower pressure.

This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. I decided to book here due to its location across from the Coliseum. It was wonderful to walk to the show and back, without worrying about an Uber/Lyft. The room was large, clean, and quiet. They gave us a first floor room which made taking the dogs out very easy. I felt safe in the parking lot and walking them late at night. Will book again, thank you!

I love the location, which made it easier for me to get around North Charleston.!The staff were friendly but professional. I liked having a variety of choices for breakfast.

I didn’t like the view from my room. I was facing a wall. having to request fresh towels daily. This should be an automatic thing the cleaning staff do.

Breakfast was ok, nothing especially good but I like the fact its included with the room and had a few options to choose from

Room was right next to exterior door and heard extremely loud banging fairly constant so wasn't the most restful stay.

The front desk personnel were superbly professional, friendly and attentive; and the rooms were so spacious and clean - we cannot wait to return!

Move smokers away from the front side of the hotel. It was difficult to enjoy outdoor seating while people were sitting near us smoking. Also, walking through a cloud of smoke as we entered and exited during the evening hours was disgusting.

Great location, easy access to sights, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Felt very welcome and comfortable.

The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety, but it became a bit samey as we were there so long. Plenty of options nearby to change it up.

My son has food allergies to Dairy so he didn’t have any options at breakfast. Even though I imagine it would be hard for all allergy accommodations, having a vegan option or maybe even Silk or a non dairy milk for cereal would be helpful as allergies are more common these days and could help many people. Just feedback, so no worries.

Great pool and outdoor patio area. Breakfast was great and had great options. Staff was both courteous and attentive and helped in offering suggestions for local area transportation options,attractions and restaurants.
