We loved the fact that we were greeted with smiling faces as we walked through the door. We had just left another hotel 15 minutes after we checked in due to roaches we seen in the room so we did not even stay. We were in desperate need to find a hotel with vacancy that was CLEAN! We were in town for my sons ball tournament, as soon as I seen the Hilton had a room I jumped on it. I have never been disappointed with a Hilton and this one was amazing. The staff is so friendly at all times. And they are always smiling. The chef was so nice and cooked an amazing breakfast as well. From that night at almost 1 am this place saved us from literally sleeping in our car that night. And they made sure we were accommodated with everything we needed. We were blessed to have found this hotel and the staff.
I mean it is a little pricey. But that night I would have paid whatever to not have roaches in the room with me.

Rude customer service at front desk checking in attendant was on her cell phone which appeared to be a personal call. Amount that booking said I was responsible for was not what the attendant told me. I understand there may be some extra charges or incidentals I wanted to ask about that at check in time but it was very late checking in and I felt like her call was more important than me asking a question or her explaining without asking so I left it alone for the time being, and ask questions later when a new front desk attendant was on duty.

Nice hotel and good location. Staff was very nice and professional. Room was clean and satisfactory for my needs.
Wi-Fi was horrible. Many apps on my phone would not perform while Wi-Fi was enabled causing me to have to use the phone's data. Drinks from the Pantry were extremely overpriced! One is better off to stop at a store and purchase what drinks you desire and bring them with you (unless you wish to stick with the cheap free bottled water).

As they say....Location, location, location.. This Hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, activities etc. Staff was friendly and service oriented. Hotel was very clean. Room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I were satisfied and would stay there again.

The room and helpfulness of the staff.
The breakfast was awful. We only ate there on Sunday morning, thinking it would save us time to get to our planned activities for the day. The eggs were cold and the grits I had were so cold and hard that butter would not melt. The spoon did not even penetrate them! Therefore, we did not eat another meal there.

We were disappointed that the faucet is in the sink was very slow. And the fact that there is no housekeeping now. The rates go up, but the service is less.

I like the ease of reserving and checking in. And I enjoyed the privacy. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker👍👍 Two complimentary bottles of water👍👍. The lamps that have electric outlets to plug your mobile phone charger continue to work even when the lamp is turned off, also a plus. I've noticed that some hotel lamps do not have this feature 😐 The wall mounted thermostat was also a two thumbs up👍👍
Direct t.v. wasn't that great but I still found something to watch, "Forrest Gump"!!😀
