The Quarters on Vendue

I needed to be near family on Rainbow Row so location was perfect. And a great location to be in for walking, restaurants, bars, site seeing, safe. I felt like I was in my own Apt vs cold hotel room. Very easy check-in instructions, and prompt responses to my qts. Loved having Keurig machine and great selection of coffees. Tried to rebook but not available 😔

This is for Mgmt only, outlet facing bed needs changing as it is loose and can not hold a charge. Perhaps an extension cord by bed to charge phone. There was no sugar (only splendid by coffee machine), a shelf by sink would be helpful.

Terrific location and clean, attractive building. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment was well appointed, clean as a whistle, very nice and comfortable. Check-in was easy and convenient.

1. They really should let people know there are no windows in the bedrooms - very disconcerting. And the windows in the hallway are adjacent to next-door building wall - can almost touch it. No view of street or anything else. 2. There is no place to hang towels. With 2 people using each bathroom, that's a problem, especially when there is no cleaning service or fresh towels for a multi-night stay! There is room for at least 1 towel bar in each bathroom, but - not provided.

Everything! I love door code entries as opposed to key cards so it makes the check in process so easy. the location was amazing! the room was perfect for what we needed!

only one complaint of the shower having an awful old cheese like smell on arrival. went away as soon as I took a shower and it never came back during our trip. not sure if it was from the cleaning solution?

quirky, clean, perfect size for four people. the location was in the heart of the historic district, which gave us a walkable stay. The manager was just a phone call away. The rooftop bar across the street was great for a nightcap. Warning: prepare for stairs!

Stairs were a bit daunting to load and unload baggage. Parking was easier than expected around the corner, though expensive.

The location and property was perfect for our stay. The total space was very comfortable and well laid out for our purpose.

The property was great, but there is no natural light given the interior set up of the Condo and not having access to windows. Parking is a bit expense. It would be nice if the property manager had a negotiated parking rate for those that stay at this property.

The place was exactly as represented. It was comfortable, charming and in a great location.

The place had a bad odor from the prior guests that housekeeping should have done more to eliminate. The place appeared clean and was well-equipped, but the bad smell keeps me from giving the Quarters a better rating.

The home was a beautiful older home. Very well kept on the inside. When I first saw the outside I was little worried but that all went away the moment we stepped foot inside. Close to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

Parking was a little tight but we greatly enjoyed our stay.

we could not get in the room… the code wasn’t working. I think the problem is that we couldn’t get in touch with anyone through phone call or messaging. we were very fortunate that we saw the cleaning lady as she was leaving another room and she was able to assist us. otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done.. bc we never heard back.

incredible location. well worth paying a bit more for.

it is a bit expensive. Also found it hard to operate showers. could do with instructions instructing guests to pull out faucets.

back room was difficult to cool and wifi in the back room was weak during peak usage times
