Hotel was clean and had great shred spaces. Bed was quite comfortable.

I was surprised that there was no automatic daily maid service. When we got back from a long day fishing we found our bed unmade and bathroom askew. I know understand that we could have requested maid service. I don’t feel that I should have to request maid service when paying $200/night. And then we had to pay for coffee down in the lobby. Even super 8 has complimentary coffee.

The door was squeaky like a haunted movie, they came and fixed it right away! And the safe was locked, so we couldn’t use it, but someone came right away and fixed that too! The breakfast was good!

The breakfast was an additional $15 per person?! Most hotels have some type of breakfast included. And Booking.com stated there was 2 pools, there was only 1 and it was tiny.

My sister and I enjoyed that the property was so close to the beach. The room was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the bathroom and hot drink amenities. The snacks in the café were reasonably priced. The breakfast had a huge variety of items to choose from. We left our table full, satisfied, and felt that we got more than our monies worth. The very best part was the staff. From the front clerks, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff they were all professional, friendly and so helpful. The front desk took our full bag of trash without hesitation when I asked where the dumpster was and gave me 2 fresh towels because grandkids visited for the day and used up our towels. The cleaning staff were so courteous by holding open the elevator doors, wishing us a good stay and a nice day. We watched one gentleman clean the pool area. He picked up trash, straightened the pool furniture and did his job with such care and precision. From the first greeting until checkout we were made to feel at home.

We wish that we had had a small fridge to put drinks and snacks in but it was a minor inconvenience.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet (far away from elevator and minimal noise coming from outside in general). Loved that you had the option to connect to your app subscriptions, such as Netflix. Made it more enjoyable.

The elevator chime was obnoxiously loud, unnecessarily. It's not a deal breaker but if it was just a bit lower, you would eliminate a huge annoyance for those staying in rooms that are closer to the elevator. We were further down the hall and we could hear it. Separately, I'd love to see hotels offer pump style hand soap. It seems more hygienic to pump out soap onto your hands than to use a bar of soap. We ended up buying a pump hand soap for that reason.

Great location for the purpose of our trip, clean, comfortable and spacious room! Excellent made to order breakfast.

Issue at check-in, apparently a computer problem, had to wait longer than typical. Restaurant is not open Sundays or Mondays.

Better explanation of your "breakfast"..........it is not clear what is included in complimentary breakfast and what is not...for instance, my wife was told there was a charge for the cream cheese that she wanted...really? Incidental explanation is non-existant as I was told you would hold 25.00 day for incidentals ...ok so what is an incidental?? I get the major things like additional food....if you dont stay at a double tree on a regular basis you really dont know...

Maria at the front desk was very professional, kind & an asset to the hotel. She greeted us with a huge smile and promptly offered us warm fresh baked cookies. After travelling for 3 hours to get there, this was appreciated!! We saw her the next day and we were greeted by the same smile!! Lovely young lady! Robin at the bar was also extremely pleasant and real!!

The rooms could use a little updating. Seemed to be very tired looking. In need of a refresh for sure. The rooms were small also. We were a family of 3 and constantly bumping into each other. The pool was TINY! Not much can be done about that though.

Everything was great!! Lil family getaway was awesome! This was our second time staying and we will be back! Clean hotel, comfortable beds, And great staff! Great drinks n food at the bar! Cookies was great! We enjoyed our stay!

Towels and tissue bye request, But it work out, staff was right there to give.

Thank you to all of the staff who were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Rooms and common areas were very clean and pleasing to the eye.

Complimentary fresh fruit - apples, oranges, bananas - would have been nice. Water with lemon slices in the lobby would be welcoming.

The staff was amazing and the cookies was delicious!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the lobby for fellowship and the staff was ok with that. We had an amazing time.

I didn't like the fact that our rooms were not connected as requested. We had a girls trip and we all were separated. I felt that I requested it in enough time to be accommodated. Second issue, I booked 4 rooms and only two was ready, and we checked in after 3pm. Then Sunday morning comes and the house keeper is knocking on our doors hours before check out times.
