Days Inn by Wyndham Ladson Summerville Charleston

The staff was very kind, the shower pressure was amazing and the pillows were great. It was overall clean with the normal stains on the carpet and a smell of smoke, I feel like that's inevitable in these hotels unfortunately. It was good for the value, very well lit, good location, lots of security cameras.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but the pillows were great. The bathroom was okay but could be re-caulked, ceiling tiles put into place, shower was handicapped and was a little dirty looking on the floor, otherwise it was updated, nice counters, shower wall etc, you obviously can't regulate the type of people who stay there and the walls are thin but it wasn't terribly loud. Good value for the price.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Everything appears clean. Bedsheets smell clean. Fireworks are right next door. McDonald's is right next door.

A little pricey, although it was 4th of July weekend. The bathroom a tad small. Bathtub is dangerous, slippery when you first step in for a shower. Should have a rubber mat or strips in the bottom of the tub. The room was a little smaller than I like. The top bed covers should be cleaned more often.

this is nothing to do with staff, but about 6pm everyday, guests were in and out of rooms slamming doors and being loud until early in the morning. it was hard to sleep.

The staff was very accommodating for our late arrival from the airport. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Our room was non smoking but smelled like cigarettes. The a/c worked very well but had a loud rattling noise, if we were staying for more than 1 night I would have asked for a different room.

The location was very convenient and the pool was great. The breakfast left a bit to be desired but I understand completely there were limitations because of Covid.

One of the main lights in our room was out since the day we arrived. We called the front desk about it two different times and was assured that maintenance would take care of it and they never did.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable. I sleep well.

For the first time ever I limited what I packed because of traveling on motorcycles. There were no makeup removal wipes or conditioner like I've seen in the past. Breakfast was disappointing well. It would have been nice to see advertised how much y'all have changed things since 2020.

Very clean room. Very nice tv. Looks recently renovated. Room nicely accommodated.

I prefer hotel rooms that have hard wood or laminate flooring. This hotel had carpet. Can't be very clean! Very nice wall mounted tv. However, the remote had so many buttons, it's ridiculous! Hotels need simple remotes that are smooth for cleaning.

Convenient to Isle of Palms. Very clean and recently updated. Has a great pool and complimentary breakfast.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
