Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Summerville, SC

The location was good and the breakfast was good. The breakfast gave a variety of choices that we enjoyed. The location is right off the highway and very convenient for the travel we endured.

The comforter on the bed was stained and should have been replaced. I was questioned when I asked for a certain number of towels and washcloths. "You should already have some in your room." This happened during the evening when I returned to room after an evening out which was the same night we checked in. It should not matter how many towels and washcloths I need when there were plenty inside the laundry room. We only had 3 people inside our room, however we had already used the towels and washcloths earlier. I just didn't want to have to get more the next morning.

that every day we were there we smelled marijuana . In the halls and outside. It led to me thinking maybe it’s legal here. Because it was constantly in our hall on the 3rd floor. We stayed 5 days and no one checked to clean the rooms. Staff upset me because she kept complaint about not liking to do 3rd party reservations. It was a long trip and I didn’t want to do anything but go to the room. She made it harder . But after that day nothing but friendly staff.

Your Staff was amazing. Pattie at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I had two issues after checking in. The staff addressed these issues and was very kind about it. Your hotel staff is your strongest asset.

The outdated room. The hotel looks rundown. The carpet was old and stained. I wore shoes the whole time.

Breakfast was excellent. The eating facilities were excellent. Mary kept the food selections fully stocked and clean. The menu selections were above average with eggs, meat, beverage and pastries. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and most helpful.

During our four day, three night stay, our room was never serviced by housekeeping.

the bed was a little old and the breakfast was pretty poor. Only options were biscuit and gravy, cereal or waffle, toast/bagels. Eggs and some kind of meat would have been great.

Temperature control in room..too warm..air cond. didn't respond when trying to make it cooler. Bathroom sink drain(rm.219) needs attention..repeatedly came unhooked so wouldn't stay open

Very clean, nice separate bedroom, very courteous and friendly staff, better than average "grab-and-go" breakfast offerings, very comfortable master bed, and cozy bed linens and pillows. Numerous power outlets and USB ports. Location was very central and convenient.

This was not the hotels fault, but the online booking services describe the room as having two queen beds, but fail to disclose that one of them is a pull-out bed with all the comfort of a hospital gurney. To its credit, the hotel desk staff was VERY apologetic and forthcoming about it, suggesting that the misinformation has caused them issues.

My first room smelled so bad of cigar smoke. I am not a smoker. I talked to Monica at the front desk and she was able to move me right away!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful.

I requested joining rooms or atleast rooms close by but due to being overbooked my rooms were on different floors. The elevator is a little janky.
