Very Clean and Spacious Room, Excellent location...Very Quiet and Peaceful surroundings...Perfect for what I was looking for! Very good hot breakfast...Staff were all great!! Part of the hotel was being utilized for the next-door University's Dorm "overflow", but that was not an issue or concern at all...Only the second floor was off-limits to males due to this.

The door to my sister's room, #320, was difficult to open. She could not get out of the room without assistance. After the second day, I mentioned it to the housekeeper and she immediately contacted maintenance who fixed the door. I appreciated the quick action. May want to ask staff to bring any problems to the manager's attention for appropriate repairs or replacement. Also it would be nice to have a guide to the TV channels in the room, and also make sure the channel numbers are correct.

The location, great staff and the surprisingly good breakfast.

The TV service was confusing. The Channel guide did not match the channels and no premium channels, plus poor WiFi service.

Great customer service, clean beautiful rooms, nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. My husband and I really enjoyed our king suite and plan on returning.

We loved the pool at this location. The location was great for us and it was super easy driving to downtown! We liked the quietness of the hotel and the staff was friendly.

I can't think of anything we didn't like!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Bed and pillows were great! I slept so good, didn’t want to get out of bed! The grounds were beautiful! Prefect location. Breakfast was a good variety from biscuits and gravy to yogurt.

This is my second or third stay and every time has been different. This stay the pool was open and so was the hot tub. The staff front desk and housekeeping was excellent. They were all friendly and considerate of or needs. The rooms were also very comfortable and safe feeling. Even though it was off of the interstate it was very quiet.

Pool and jacuzzi were not cleaned on the next day of our visit, so we were unable to enjoy them on the second day.

Clean and quiet rooms. At the entrance they offered free lemonade and iced tea. Very comfortable mattress.

Everything was fine. At first, it was not entirely clear how to turn off the air conditioners, because it was cold in the room from them, and the wall control did not work. But then we figured it out.

Great location with exceptionally wonderful and accommodating staff. Very good hot breakfast as well.

This hotel was nice and ease of access to the highway was great. your literally right around the corner from the on ramps. You are also only a couple minutes away from a large shopping area and plenty of restaurants.

There was nothing about the facility that I did not like. only downside is that it is a little ways from downtown Charleston but other than that no complaints at all.
