I love everything about my stay even the breakfast ms retha the lady who the kitchen excellent she is very sweet an always have hot breakfast an coffee ready. Christina she also was a blessing very nice and very helpful mr Joe front desk thank for the help. Abby was also great she was very helpful I just want to thank of them for making my stay great oh dont forget the outside deck fired place it's so beautiful

To be honest there wasnt any dislikes about my stay every thing was great I have no bad comments

Abby and all the front desk girls were so sweet, very friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They were very helpful. Retha helped with breakfast every morning. She always had a smile for us and kind words. She was funny. The breakfast was tasty and had good options for everyone.

We stayed for 4 days and nobody took out our trash, left any clean towels/washcloths, or toilet paper. The front desk was very sweet and gave us whatever we needed but I've never stayed in a place that it wasn't left automatically daily. No housekeeping touched our room the whole week. The facility itself was clean enough. Also, they picture a nice little firepit in their outside sitting area but it was not assembled and wasn't working. That was one of the reasons I booked there. We like sitting outside by those at night.

The staff was nice .. Every-time I looked the staff was cleaning and smiling while they was doing it . The rooms was a nice size and the beds was comfortable. The room was cleaned with pride .

I didn’t like the water pressure at the bathroom sink . I got a call about funds when I hadn’t even check in yet or check in time was 3:00 I arrive at 2:00 .Pay at check in was my option so I didn’t understand the call and when I ask about it they was clueless about the call..

We loved our spacious room and how cute the room was set up. We had everything we needed in our room. We loved spending our down time just hanging out inside the room.

One of the beds sheets and comforter had stains on them. We asked for another and was told someone would bring more sheets and another comforter up. An hour later no one showed so we went down to get our selves. Wasn’t a big deal. Shower also could have been cleaner. Also a lady (possibly manager) was very very friendly with guest which we loved but we noticed her being nasty and rude to several other employees during our stay. It made us uncomfortable and feel bad for those employees. She would yell at them in front of guest and I’m sure it was embarrassing for them. We felt those situations could have been handled differently.

Everything location, price, suite was awesome, clean. Everything was tip top 100

Nothing everything was great

Breakfast was great and convenient. My children were able to eat early. For that we're very grateful a lot hotels don't offer breakfast.

The tub had a few hair strands left behind and our countertop in the bathroom. I don't think our room was thoroughly clean and I believe that is unsanitary. But I believe because of how the pandemic affected jobs and made a shift in standards of customer service causing lack thereof but because everything else was so great I still had an excellent stay overall, thank you so much.

The room was nice. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.

The noise was an annoying as the room above us was extremely noisy. The hotel had a field trip with teenage kids running around the hotel. Additionally, the fire alarm kept going off. Therefore, the elevator was down.

The staff was really sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

The hallway carpets are in need of a thorough cleaning. Breakfast was good, but most items ran out before the time to close the buffet. If you arrive in the last 15-20 minutes, the “pickins’ are slim.”

The staff was mostly friendly and helped where they could and had plenty of recommendations for us while we were here. Nikki behind the front counter was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help us stay comfortable and to have a great time. She really made the stay so much better.

Our last night here saturday, a drunk woman came down harassing me and my fiancee and starting fights with other guests until the police had to come. There was also a fight in the parking lot and someone pulled out a firearm and shot it into the air. Very unexpected for an otherwise extremely peaceful and safe location. Other than these two incidents, the stay was excellent and I would recommend this place and come back.

This room was awesome! I had the one bedroom suite and it exceeded my expectations. Check in staff were so friendly and really made my stay excellent. Housekeeping did an amazing job with cleaning and were very friendly!

The only thing that I did not like about my room is that there were stains on the bedroom carpet.
