location was great. easy access to the interstate and so many restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very nice. felt very safe there traveling with my daughter and two grand kids.
wish they would have provided more stuff for breakfast. no fruit no bagels or cream cheese. Just waffles and cereal muffins. A better variety would be nice. Even some toast or something else.

I checked in at almost 11:00 pm for just one night with my family. We slept late and went down to breakfast at 9:00am. When we were served and sat down an employee simply started taking everything out. I thought it was disrespectful because we were there and we could have wanted something more, he could have waited for us to finish to keep it.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff during check in was friendly. The location to shopping and the interstate was very convenient.
The shower head was hard to adjust. Water would get on the floor. The tub, though clean, was stained. The check out clerk didn't say a word as I checked out.

it was close to the highway, and 10 mins away from where our friends live! liked having the BJS and banks nearby as well!

The lady working the evening shift at front desk when we checked in was rude. It is always something at a hotel sadly.

The mattresses were old and hard to sleep on. They used a overlay on the mattresses for extra comfort which didn't help.

We stayed 2 nights and room was not made up . It was Christmas Day so I am assuming they gave housekeeping the day off as business seemed very light, which is ok but I would have been more careful hanging towels to dry if I had known
