Hampton Inn Summerville SC

Location of hotel was excellent for us.

Was given a handicap room. The ironing board was a short version that was a little awkward to use.

Everything from the front desk clerk/check in and out (friendly staff), the 5 night stay, location, cleanliness. Nice comfy beds, great shower. Everything you left home, you can purchase within a 1-5 miles radius, the lady who prepared breakfast was very nice every morning. She greeted every everyone, asked if everything was ok. Restaurants, shopping malls nearby. So inviting to visit a place with a warm environment. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended. Family and I loved it.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was awesome. We travel a lot and we feel as though this is one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.

Not much of a view as there is construction going on next door.

Location was good had a lot of stores and restaurants nearby

If I had a complaint would be with the food service . Staff was not very friendly .We requested a toasted English muffin it was practically raw and person providing food looked annoyed when I question didn’t look toasted. Thought food portions were very small portion . Portion was ok for me but my husband being he doesn’t eat alot the other. I think much better had Buffett . This way get want you want not just what they decide to serve . I understand saying because of Covid but think could of still had a better way doing it

We were in Summerville looking for real estate. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived early before our afternoon meetings, and were allowed to check in to freshen up. Everything was very clean. our room was large….and the bathroom had a walk-in shower. Early breakfast was very good with nice seating area. Good, convenient location. Definitely recommend!

Very clean, respectful, decent place to stay. They gave a complete, hot, sit down, awesome breakfast. The staff was polite and professional. The manager was really cool and helpful. I like clean up lady the most. Very nice person, make sure you leave a tip.

Didn’t like filling out breakfast sheet every day but the breakfast itself was awesome. Really no complaints at this location.

Quiet, location, free breakfast.

Better choices for breakfast. The hotel did not have jumper cables for vehicles. Seems like an item to have on hand. Guests were willing to jump us but there were no cables.

Very clean!! Very modern!! Perfect place to stay! Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so delicious and actually a hot breakfast. The ladies who served in the breakfast we’re especially friendly.

Front desk was great attitude and appreciative that we were there. He was personable and went above and beyond for anything we asked of him

Location, location, location! We weren't far from anywhere we needed to go. The furthest we travelled to a destination was 12 miles. I loved the spot, congested, but nice.

The place was relatively clean except for body hairs in the tub and the coffee pot still had a used filter in it.
