Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Southeast - Antioch, an IHG Hotel

I like that it was clean and close to the wedding venue we were going to. Michelle the GM was incredible to us, greeted us with a smile and a good morning. Made us feel welcomed during breakfast for the two days we were there. She also apologized for the bad experience we had with a worker during breakfast.

Parking can be hard to find later in the night. Quan one of the helpers during breakfast was incredibly rude, he threw the syrup bottle all annoyed while we were waiting for our pancakes. Also even asked me if I was going to take all the pancakes because I was getting some for my family and I. Just rude and disrespectful.

This is a nice motel with good service. Everything in room was cleaned and stocked daily. Comfortable bed and given location, pretty quiet. The breakfast setup was great, and items rotated daily. Lots of food including the cutest fast pancake maker! Much better than sticking frozen stuff in a toaster. In addition to warm items (eggs, sausage, biscuits), was a frig with milk, yogurt, butter, hard boiled eggs. There was always plenty of fruit, bagels, sweet rolls, cereal as well.

Only complaint was that some of the equipment, like a couple of the elliptical trainers and one treadmill, were not working. But otherwise a good equipment room.

Location was excellent, right off the interstate and very convenient. Room was Very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and furniture was updated and clean.

Website said hot breakfast and showed pictures. There was only mediocre cold breakfast options and microwaved Italian Breakfast sandwich. Odd choices. Yogurt selection was great and bagels were good. Would like to see more fruit or berries for Cold only breakfast. The room had a small kitchen with no dishes or silverware or cups. Room didn't come with complementary water.

Exactly what we needed in terms of location, with proximity to the airport, Percy Priest Lake, Vanderbilt, and our friends’ house outside of Nashville. Extensive breakfast offerings, which is great when you travel with a perpetually hungry teenager. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

It was clean and comfortable beds

The fact that they said you can pay when you get here with cash. Pulled money out of my account to pay and was told I had to pay with my credit card. So I paid the atm to pull money out. Banks where closed so I had to pay to put money back in my account to pay. Took hours finding a place to do it after driving for 7 hours straight. Quite a few others in our group had the same problem. Don’t stand there and watch someone pull money out the atm and then you say no you have to pay with a card. Very unhappy. Several of us almost left and went somewhere else. Especially after being told good luck finding a room. Everyone is pretty much booked so… we will think long and hard about booking here again. Seeing how we come every year and bring a massive load of people. Very unprofessional.

clean, nice rooms, quiet, good breakfast with several choices, happy they accepted pets.

seeing a used crack pipe in the parking lot. after that I was afraid to walk my dog around the hotel. I was both reassured and concerned seeing an unmanned security vehicle with a flashing light parked in the lot at night.

The room was very clean and well organized. We had access to all necessary items and if we needed anything we could call up to the front desk about it. The person that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and even suggested some places we could order food from. It was quiet and the breakfast was amazing!

The person working g in the late evening and night time was not friendly, he was very curt and sharp. Other than that the stay was great.

great location fairly easy access to facility and other destinations in the surrounding area especially appreciate Miss Sharon working at the desk for check in, working in customer service myself it was great to see such professionalism I applaud her and the staff of this particular facility

It was very clean and soundproof. We didn't hear anything in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just needed darker curtains to block out light. The shower temperature knob was loose and once is was on a temperature, you were unable to turn it back.

Location of hotel was very quiet, and stress-free Room was clean, quiet, and BUG free!…with a modern bathroom. Breakfast had both hot, and cold food both very good.

Bathroom should have had some “Bar soap”.
