The comfort and location of the rooms. The property was not too big or too small that I needed a road map to get around.

This is my second time staying at this property. My first time the Iron wasn't working , I had to walk to the front desk because the phone didn't work. They did bring me a new iron and was checking on the phone. My second time staying I tried using the room phone to call front desk to see if their where forks and the phone wasn't working again. I didn't say anything I just walked down to the little coffee area where I found some.

Decor simple and clean. Even though the room was small, it was thoughtfully designed.

There were no grab bars whatsoever in the bathroom. I couldn't shower without an assist bar in shower, and even one grab bar near toilet would have helped me. Considering it was considered an "accessible " room, it had none of these things. Only accommodations were for hearing impaired.

The 24 hour coffee machine was great, the room was very clean the bed was so comfortable and the A/C worked really good. Staff is very friendly. Check in and out was very smooth, and the little market were you can buy snacks had a lot to choose from and not overly expensive, Hotel is close to restaurants and a Target and just about anything.

Breakfast could have been better, not a lot of choices for breakfast some premade jimmy dean biscuits and then some assorted boxes of cereal and oatmeal.

The hotel was nice and clean. Very good atmosphere. The staff was really nice.

The breakfast was not what I expected. The only warm food was a sausage biscuit which was frozen inside. The muffins was not fresh at all and watered down juice was provided! Also the temperature in the room just would not get right, we we're burning up even though the air was on. We got no sleep!!

The comfort of the room including bed, tv, air conditioning, room darkening shade and bathroom.

No mini fridge or coffee maker in room & room doesn’t get refreshed if u stay 2 nites. So I had to call the front desk for additional towels and wash clothes which they kindly brought up to the room. Guests that checked in at front desk prior to me had gotten off the elevator on the 4th floor in elevator 1 had smoked a joint in the elevator. I do not partake in that and it smells disgusting to me. When I made it in the elevator to the first floor 2 ladies and a child got in the elevator and probably thought it was me. I did mention the incident to the Asian lady at the front desk.

Everything was so clean as soon as you walk into the lobby, with a fresh smell, and I was greeted politely by the staff.

I didn't see anything other than the shower heads were a little getting used to, but really that wasn't an issue.

The breakfast was good and varied. The coffee was very good.

There was only one chair in the room. Had to ask for another chair and it was provided. No place to put our clothes in, except for a few hangers on the wall.

The bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as I like and the air conditioning would shut off in the middle of the night as I would wake up sweating. Housekeeping was every five days so we would have to get towels from the front desk occasionally.

Breakfast was wonderful very good choices, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, white egg omelette, bagels, cream cheese, muffins, fruits, yogurt, different kinds of cereal's, cereal bars, juices, coffee, teas, oatmeal.

We enjoyed the room overall. The bed & linens were comfortable, pillows were nice, everything was clean, the bathroom was very well appointed. The 24/7 coffee, tea, & water station was much appreciated. The morning & evening staff were both pleasant to interact with.

We didn't care for the rattling, growling noise of the room air conditioner All night long. However, the air conditioner did cool the room sufficiently. Also the smell of the room was unpleasant.
