Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Airport

Good location, good quality, good and comfortable rooms. Most of the staff are friendly.

There was a guy working during breakfast time and he literally yelled at me and my friends because we asked for help with the waffle machine and he was busy taking the trash out. It was more than embarrassing, everyone was looking at us and someone offered to help us since the line started to get long. It was really rude and awful. If he said in a nicer way and respectfully, it wouldn’t be a problem at all. We all saw he was busy, we were not asking for a fast help, we could wait, we just wanted to let him know that there was a problem. After that we just decided to go to a breakfast place and pay for our meal, at least everyone was nice and respectful.

Came to Nashville for a basketball tournament and Mr.Larry was very nice when checking in. Explained everything & even let us check in early. Offered refreshments!! Breakfast was a typical breakfast. Wasn’t much to choose from but it was ok. The whole experience was nice.

It was packed but expected due to the activities going on. Hate that the construction was making it hard to exit the hotel. Other than that I give the hotel 10/10

The breakfast was great. It covered things that the adults and kids loved eating. Waffles, oatmeal, milk, orange juice, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, etc.

Everything was great! We were happy with the location of the hotel and room. Also, there was good front parking available; for little kids, this was a plus.

The faculty & rooms were up to part. Also rooms were clean.

I didn’t like that the rooms did not have a microwave in the room. Also on Saturday morning they ran out of forks to use for breakfast. Forks are important when you are trying to eat waffles.

The stay was Great, clean room, spacious, breakfast was awesome and the workers were fantastic. The only issue I had was the night clerk did not know how to redeem third party payment and charged us twice. This was concerning for me but the morning clerk assured me that it would be taking care of once the manager is able to take a look into it. As for everything else, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Good Location. Had handicap room that offered good handrails in bathroom and higher toilet. Maid made sure we had our room refreshed everyday with adequate supplies and towels. (Could have used a bath mat though to step on out of the shower; had to use a regular towel.) Beds nicely made. Room was surprisingly quiet even though we were near the breakfast area. Air conditioning was good and not too load. Breakfast was limited due to COVID but adequate, but without any variety from day to day. (We stayed 9 nights.)

The one problem we had was the carpet was filthy. If we walked across the carpet in socks our socks were noticeably black. When my husband walked barefoot a few steps and then took a shower the shower floor actually showed dirt coming off his feet. Carpet was in dire need of a shampooing. / We also had packed swim suits but the pool was not open. No water in it. I thought it being June and the pandemic winding down we would be able to swim but that was not the case. /Also it was a bit annoying that for 3 days in a row we had to have our keys redone as they didn't work. Attendant finally coded them for the full length of our 9 day stay and we then didn't have any more problems.

Breakfast was great!! The location was easy to find and conveniently located. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our visit. The back door going out to the pool was broken and we could not come in that way. The ice machine on the 5th floor did not work. These things were not a huge problem and we reported them to staff who said they would get it taken care of.

Other than the problems noted above, everything was very nice.

This place is very nice and efficient. We only stayed one night, we had the one bedroom king suite. It had a really nice, comfortable bed that was separate from the living area (sliding door). The living area had a really nice pull-out couch for the kids. There’s also a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and table with chairs. Everything was really clean and new. We would definitely stay here again.

Laurie (evening clerk) was super friendly and helpful with every issue. she even picked me up at the airport after I returned the rental car.

I made a reservation for the shuttle for 9:30a. It was not mentioned to me when I checked out. But after standing outside for 20 minutes, I went back in to check and was told that the shuttle was down and I should just “call somebody”.

Very pleasant environment, staff made me feel welcome. I explained to the young lady that checked me in ,that had checked out a hotel because of poor conditions and I was attending a wedding at 4pm. She allowed me to check earlier than 3pm so that my daughter and would have enough time to prepare for the wedding and make it on time

I have no real complaints , however the price for per night was more than I am accustomed to
