good night Des Clarke was awesome

 we stay there on the 26th in room 117 we checked out on the 27th. They withdraw money from my account saying there was smoking in the room window was not at all we went outside 15 to 20 times during our stay to smoke. We are on video camera and the clerk seen as every time we went out

The staff was so helpful and kind! I got confused on which hotel I was writing the review on early but that one was about a hotel in Bowling Green which was good too but this is the hotel that was willing to replace my granddaughters pillow and/or to go look for it in the trash and have it cleaned! I thought that was the kindest thing ever! The staff at Baymont by Wyndham LaVergne goes above and beyond to treat their customers right! I definately recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Wonderful staff and super friendly! They do an exceptional job at keeping the rooms clean too, you can smell the cleanliness when you walk in the room and that they do an excellent job at cleaning and it's not just a wipe everything down and spray freshener type of clean either! Pool was amazing too and kept up very well! The whole place smelled clean and theres not a lot of hotels like that! Location was perfect too, close to everything and everywhere we had to go! Will definitely stay there again anytime we go back!

Nothing to complain about here!

The breakfast was sufficient, and better than most, especially for the rate of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, and the showers were nice and hot. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very well cleaned and comfortable. Although it was a bit further from Nashville than I thought, I was very pleased with the value and hominess of the hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly and took care of all needs that we needed met during our stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I didn't hear a bunch of loud noise. I didn't hear the people next door at all. No complaints. Would recommend if people don't mind driving 20- 25 minutes to get to Nashville.

All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice and there were plenty of options. The hotel is also close to lots of shopping and dining options.

I’m a pillow snob and there’s are tiny. Bring your own.

The staff was very kind and courteous. The room was set up nice and clean. The bathroom had ample space and good counter space. Overall our stay was quite lovely.

There’s nothing bad to say about this property.

staff helpful and friendly. No odors , rooms fashionable and clean. Beds comfortable. Great stay. Coffee good. Morning breakfast.ok.Will use again.
