Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the options between a big breakfast and a "continental" breakfast

Inadvertently left my cell phone @ my kid's house close to the hotel. Tried to make a long distance call to my husband, in FL to get my kid's phone # to call them. None of the options on the phone in my room worked. Went down to the front desk & the attendant let me use her cell phone. She indicated there were issues with the options as they were not working. That needs to be fixed! Also, had the option for a "wake up" call since I didn't have my cell phone. Never got it. Not acceptable.

All staff friendly and welcoming except for Friday evening about 6 p.m. Very clean and quiet. Great for sleeping. Breakfast Sat morning was great. Reservations thru Booking.com went very well. Ample parking and great location.

Staff member at check-in not welcoming at all. Swimming pool Friday evening so strong it burned the eyes. Little better by Saturday. Breakfast shut down early Sunday morning, unannounced.

Liked everything about my stay. Got a better, more convenient room than I had requested. Have stayed there twice now, when visiting my daughter & son-in-law. Could have stayed at a less expensive hotel, but it's worth it and will be staying there whenever I go to Smyna, TN

I liked the friendliness of staff. They were helpful anytime we had questions. Cleanliness in the room was good as well.

The TV in the room we were in was messed up as the screen had dots on it. The circles were pretty big. There's definitely something wrong with the set

Besides the facilities being very clean and comfortable with all the creature comforts the staff was AMAZING! Especially Erica!!! She even called up to the room shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was satisfactory. Everyone there was very accommodating!

Staff was very helpful. I felt comfortable with 3 kids by myself and safe.

Pool was closed first few days. Wasn't warned about this ahead of time. Wasn't enough towels in room (only 1 for me and 3 kids). Had to ask for fresh towels every day and none of the dirty one's were ever taken so by the last day we had a mountain of them in bathroom. Only 1/2 roll of tp in bathroom and I had to ask for more. There should have already been another in room. Especially with 4 people staying there for 3 days. Breakfast was extra 10.99 a person. Much to high for children. I got cheaper at Cracker Barrel right down the street. Also at check in the price was much higher than quoted on booking. Had to show her email to get it lowered.

Everything was great, the room was comfortable and friendly daytime staff.

The Elevator was being serviced. This made it complicated for getting to our room quickly, we were there for a competition and needed to change frequently.

Having to ask for coffee and towels to be replenished after the first night. We have never had to do that at other hotels. We assumed it was part of the daily routine.

Was greeting as soon as I walked in. My information was pulled right up and was correct!!! The room was very clean and smelled clean and wasn’t bothered by maid service @ 10am cause they were in hurry to get there job done!! I will stay here every time we come to Smyrna!! Oh and they have a pool that works and put-put golf 🏌️ this is the best place I’ve been to in a while!! Staff and cleanliness!!

Only thing I can think of I guess, not that big of a deal. Vending machines on the floor by ice machine but they have snack store at the front desk.

Size

I thought the meager “meal” along the sideboard in the lobby was included in my price. Found out that my biscuit and gravy was $13.00! Come on. This by any one is a rip-off. Looked at the bottom of my bill and saw that a “meal”could be added for $13.
