Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Smyrna

Breakfast was perfect especially the nice attendant...we stayed two nights and each morning she greeted us with a smile and was attentive to our needs.The selection was different each morning and I enjoyed the smell of strawberry waffles and fresh cooked bacon.. There was plenty of variety. My children well teenagers couldn't wait until the next morning to get breakfast! Thanks!. We were there to move our daughter to Lipscomb and the staff were so congratulatory! The Cracker Barrel close by was awesome! I'm definitely coming back to the location. Oh I almost forgot this was the CLEANEST hotel and I love the toiletries in the restroom...they looked like salon products! Thanks guys!l l

I don't like pet friendly hotels and that's not this locations fault because that's the custom now days. I told the manager upon checking in how terrified I am if dogs and I'm scared to get on and off the elevator. He had his staff to check their rosters to make sure I wasn't too close to pets. At that time only 1 guest was checking in with two dogs...I did see them but that guest used the stairs instead of the elevator and our paths never crossed!

The staff was very welcoming & helpful. The front desk, housekeeping, & the breakfast staff. The cleanliness, and the location was great. Stores & restaurants close by.

A little hiccup with the fridge, but it finally started working. We were going to move to another room, but by the time it was ready we were headed out. And since I had a cooler it was durable.

Love the breakfast. Love the indoor pool. The front staff all were so nice. It's so nice to go to a clean place and be greeted with a smile and great service. The location is awesome your near alot of restaurants, shopping plazas,etc. And its not hard at all to get in and out of the parking lot so your not struggling with traffic to get into the main entrance and exit and there is plenty of parking. Big thumbs up. From my family to ya thank you for the great experience. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip back to Nashville

One of the Room service cleaners could be a little bit more respectful and less rude. It was some time after 9am the day of check out. The kids went to swim while I was walking back to the room to get our stuff packed up and ready to leave, my old was using the bathroom and one of the housekeepers came in the room. She said she was told we checked out. Obviously we had not yet. Then reminded us that we had less then 2hrs to check out. We said ok. The kids came back from swimming and we made sure we left right at check out time 11am.

The pool was warm but no laps because it was small. The breakfast was great everyday something different. The room was very clean and plenty of space to have company or have extra luggage to hang up. No party room but 4 people can sleep comfortably. I arrived at 11pm and the hostiest was nice,she gave suggestions for my visit and gave water. I had a later flight leaving and the allowed me to stay a hour later to help with my departure.

The only thing is the bed was hard but pillow helped. I like a medium bed not firm. I will be back in 2mths. 😉

Entire breakfast staff exceeded our expectations. Although there were three sport teams staying hear at the same time the breakfast staff kept up. Very impressive!! April at the front desk was awesome in rectifying our room problem when we arrived. Someone took the liberty of moving our first floor room to the second floor. April fixed completely!

Umbrellas for outside tables. And update the very worn outside chairs, that look as if they are going to break when sitting on them.

This is the only hotel I will stay at when I come to visit my sister. Rooms are clean, breakfast is really good with lots of options. I love the walk-in shower.

When I got to the hotel, I was extremely thirsty, so I wanted to buy a can of Coke. The guy behind the counter said it was $5. I also bought a candy bar for $3.

All around good experience friendly staff even the cook at breakfast was extremely nice the hotel and rooms them selves were pretty clean and free decent breakfast it was a good deal and I would definitely stay here again or at their sister property right next door which we were aloud to go use the pool because they were cleaning our hotels

Only thing I didn’t like was the A/C can’t set it below 66 and as soon as it gets the room to 66 it shuts off should be able to take it off energy saver especially when it’s 95 out I like to sleep really cold always have the A/C at 62 or lower

The location was good for where I need to be, while visiting family and friends. The breakfast was not the best in the world, but it was free and it was sufficient .

There were no onsite amenities, other than a small pool, no onsite restaurant, no shuttle to take you anywhere.

Quick Check in and room was available and clean. Staff was able to process an earlier check in which helped greatly during travel schedule.

Non locking bathroom doors. I was traveling alone this time but traveling with colleagues could be even more awkward without privacy with bathroom use.

It was nice and clean. The ladies at the front desk were really helpful. Our room was big and the bathroom was huge. The bed was comfortable. They had a hot breakfast it was really good had different options to choose from. Definitely would stay there again if I'm down that way.

The only thing I didn't like was you couldn't turn the heat up past 72 and it was chilly in the room when it turned off for 45 minutes at a time.
