Hyatt Place Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

Location was convenient to downtown Franklin and downtown Nashville. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. When we had an issue with price matching, they were helpful in resolving it. We did not get the high floor advertised when we booked and was approved ahead of time by the Hyatt, which was a bummer, but they did provide us with a corner king room, which was quiet. Overall our king room was large and roomy. The rate for our room was very reasonable. Most parking was close to main entrance. Overall, the Hyatt is a nice place to stay.

When we arrived at 6 pm our room wasn't ready due to short staffing, as we were told, so we had to wait in the lobby for about half an hour which was not fun after driving for 9 hours. We also did not get the high floor advertised when we booked and was approved ahead of time by the Hyatt. The bathroom is nice, but a little small and a bit awkward to get in and out of as there wasn't much clearance between the door and toilet when trying to close the door. One of the windows' glass was messed up which obstructed our view. The ice maker on our floor (3) was out of order, so we had to trek up to the 5th floor every time we wanted ice. Breakfast was so-so.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The Full Breakfast was delicious. I do wish they would have offered an alternative to the protein instead or pork and the hot foods had been clearly labeled. The staff were very friendly & eager to help. The location was perfect and easily accessible.

The room we were given was clean and spacious. However it did smell of pet odors including the sleeper sofa. Maybe they should only offer pet rooms to customers with pets. This was really the only negative thing about the stay.

At the time that the breakfast buffet shutdown, this is when it was like hidden staff members appeared from nowhere to clear the entire buffet including dumping all the coffee. I went back to buffet area a minute or two before 9 am on Friday to get one last cup of coffee only to find it being dumped. I ask if I could get another cup and was told I could purchase one, at which point I returned to my room and made my own. Having real cream makes all the difference and it was sad not to have any.

I loved it he location. within the parameters of a corporate park, it sits across the street from Galleria Mall. I haven’t been there yet but we were very happy with our accommodations. breakfast is more than continental offering coffee/tea, cereals-both hot and cold, bagels to toast and a very nice selection of juices, milk, hot water to make hot cereal. with Covid on everyone’s mind, they had to eliminate some of the more “hands-on” initiatives. Rooms are not automatically cleaned and bed made everyday but you can ask for it, their famous warm chocolate chip cookies are no longer offered in the afternoon and evening-also due to Covid. The Hosts were amenable, the rooms were very spacious at less than $100/night. we will be back.

I was disappointed that the rooms are not vacuumed, wiped down and beds made every day. if it’s for lack of housekeeping staff, offer more money. the brand can afford it.

We felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were good on providing information, directions and overall trying to be the best they could be. Most were always interested on where we had visited or what we had done for the day. The staff including the manager were gracious and made you feel comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend this hotel and if we return to Franklin would stay again.

Breakfast was GREAT!!!! I was so full. Wanted second but it was great and fresh! The coffee and sausage were amazing. The waffles also. Just great!

The was a fire alarm that went off at 11pm. No communication as to why. But once the fire team did what they had to do they allowed people back in. Middle of the night scare like that not the best but what can we do.

the location was extremely convenient for shopping, visiting relatives, and driving back and forth to the wedding venue we were invited to.

the room wasn’t as big as we hoped from the photos. Also, the room did not smell fresh because of the ventilation in the bathroom. the shower would make the whole room smell like mildew.

I did not have breakfast. I would like to comment on the exceptional customer service that I received from Krista and from Kendra. They were kind, caring, helpful, answered all questions, made suggestions.

Great safe location. Friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable bedding. Liked the basic layout of the room. Breakfast was good but nothing stood out.

Bathroom setup was awkward. Air conditioning unit was very dusty. Furniture looked good but not as comfortable as it looked. Most of the seating was way too low.

The staff was so incredibly friendly our entire stay! Everything was very clean and it was great to have complementary breakfast and coffee every morning. The pool was quiet and well maintained, too!

Our room happened to be above a spotlight that shined up on the building so it could be seen at night from the road, which meant our room never got very dark for sleeping even with blackout curtains.
