Very convenient location,right in the middle of everything you’d ever need or want. The larger suite suited us well for our family with a little one that needed their own area for bedtime. Having a long stay the kitchenette came in super handy. Everyone was very friendly at this location!

The only thing that I feel could be changed is the floors in our suite could use to be cleaned better or more often. The carpet was dirtier than I cared for and smelly. The tile was also sticky and we could see dirt. My child’s feet/shoes became very stinky from running around barefoot.

Accommodations were very good..

Very disappointed with the indoor pool. One of the reasons I choose this location was for the "all season" swimming pool so my wife could use it during my time away for work reasons. However, the air temperature was what I would call "room" temperature, i. e., which was about 70 degrees. Although I did not have a thermometer, since I am around lake water very often I am very familiar with water temperature and I would guess the water temperature in the pool was somewhere between 75 to 78 degrees. That water temperature is fine if it is a sunny outdoor pool area but, inside and with the air temperature at 70 degrees or so, it was totally uncomfortable to get into the pool. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

They charged me on site even though I had prepaid through Booking..a few hours later, I should the receipt/proof- no apologies just justification(Booking hadn’t charged properly for taxes) and refunded/charged for the taxes

Hotel amenities. Entire kitchen was setup. Refrigerator, Microwave oven, dishwasher, Bread toaster I could literally cook all my food. Hotel location was in the right place.

Very poor staff manners. No shower gel throughout my stay. Requested to refill shower gel multiple times with no response. Room was not cleaned for several days. I had to do my own bed keeping. No covid rules were followed by any staff. No one was wearing mask.

Good. Did not have milk several days but that could have been a supply chain issue

We received no maid services during our stay, which was fine but they only left us with half a roll of toilet paper at the beginning. Anticipating our need and leaving extra rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay would have been nice

Pool was great. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful

The breakfast was lacking. Possibly a waffle machine. The booking says kitchenette which is why I said but only a microwave vs a hot plate or a stove. The size of the fridge suggest you can go grocery shopping but nothing can really be cooked that matches up. Possibly invest in a 2 eye portable or a stove.

Location, facilities, manager was fantastic

Front desk staff after hours often missing/hard to find and not personable when did arrive. Why are there no fans in the bathrooms??? carpets are sticky

technical difficulties at check in, and the wrong credit card was used at check out after I specified I needed to use a different card to pay from the one that was on file. complete disregard

The staff was friendly. The room was cozy. The amenities were amazing. Everyone was more than willing to care for me on my trip.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

I loved the staff it was one young lady I forgot her name it was like mankica I know I spelled it wrong but she was amazing
