Excellent customer service by the staff! They all were very friendly and accommodating which is something I appreciate in my frequent travels. This location is very clean, comfortable and located near lots of food and retail options. Rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool itself is small but the kids love the slide and the entire outside area is nice and well kept. This is one of the best locations I’ve visited and would definitely return.

The breakfast was disappointing. One of the very things I like about Hilton properties and especially Home2 is the breakfast. The only other option outside of oatmeal and the waffle maker were hard, small and DRY breakfast sandwiches and mini, pre-made mini omelettes. It would a been nice to have separate protein options, maybe grits and or home fries as well. The Home2 in Vegas has amazing breaks options‼️

Breakfast could’ve been better. Price a little high, I mean this isn’t the Ritz. I found pills near the bed on the floor that were not mine. So, I’m not sure my room was even vacuumed. There was also a hand towel laid out on the mattress under the sheet. I’m not sure why. I’m hoping it just got caught up in the laundry and stuck to the sheet.

The room was clean and the thermostat was set at a nice, cool temperature. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was also very clean. Our kids loved the pool. The breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good.

The beds were too firm. There were 4 of us on the reservation, but we were only given 2 towels. My husband had to go to the front desk for 2 more towels, so we could all shower.

super clean. stuff was up to date. good location. hot water started nearly immediately (like almost too hot lol). shower supplies were nice. ac worked really well.

walls seemed a bit thin. not sure if it was ppl above or to our right but we could hear the kids really well and whenever they pulled the chain to the window, thought it was in my room. some staff clearly didn’t want to be there, but guess everyone has bad days.

Getting to choose my room and being close to the elevators so I could easily walk my dog. Pet friendliness Breakfast and the convenience of taking food on trays to the room to eat. Also a nice selection with plenty od everything to choose from. The mini kitchen in the rooms!! The divider that can be drawn between the living space and the bedroom. cleanliness of the entire hotel Front desk workers on the late evening/night shift were super friendly and helpful.

I did not like the lighting in the bathroom. Its entirely too dark for applying makeup or doing anything where you need to be able to see! I could hear the person next door snoring all night. The parking is very compact and almost impossible to navigate when full if you have an SUV. Maids came in at a strange time and left linens on the bed?? They didn’t change sheets but just left it on top of the existing sheets. we were leaving the next morning? They also took our dirty towels but didn’t leave new. I had to go down and ask for more. ? I didn’t ask for room cleaning so idk why they came in at that time? Trash was sometimes piled up on the cans on our floor out by the elevators.

It was very clean and everything felt new, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

If I'm going to nitpick, the sliding glass shower door in room 120 wouldn't stay shut, and would gradually roll back open, but other than that everything was fantastic

Breakfast was good , not great. Missed having meat. Coffee was hot and waffles always a favorite. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were harder than I prefer but that is a personal preference.

Where has the meat gone? A small amount in a bowl with eggs doesn’t replace bacon or sausage link. How about sausage gravy and biscuits? Room was amazing BUT 4 people generally need 4 towels. Not 3. Second time this has happened recently at a Hilton. Please get new pillows!! They are really flat.

The lady that checked me in was new. She was funny, friendly and helpful. She and her colleague were helpful letting us check in early and finding the best room near family. Great staff!!! Stayed there last year. Different staff this year. Last year not very friendly and made us wait an hour to check in. Had 88 yo in the car. Don't believe it was because room wasn't ready. Think it was because that's the rule.

Clean, Beds are very comfortable and Staff was Friendly. Would Definitely Stay here again. Now lets Review MY next Stay at Courtyard at Mount Juliet, Tennessee. You made me wait almost an hour at the Front Desk at 11p.m. Exhausted and I Booked 2 Rooms. You only Had One Room in your System. Then You Gave me the Wrong Room. I Paid for 2 King Suites and only got one!!!!!!!! I am So upset as anyone would Be! After Driving for 12 Hours Straight!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. Please Correct This as I Have Been using Booking.com for MANY Years!!!!!!!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and friendly staff. We had a very quiet room. Breakfast was good with many selections. Many places to eat only a short distance away. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor complaint would be the bed sheet was thin.
