TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place

I liked that the room had a full kitchen and the bed was comfortable. The shower had really good power too and felt really good and relaxing. What I didn’t like was that the kids above us stomped and ran in the room half the night and it seemed to be constant with no adult supervision at all it seems. That made the stay not so good for us. The hotel really should have rules for kids staying and being unsupervised. I also saw hair in the bathroom Mirror and in some of the furniture which I know can be missed by the maids but that’s really one of my the things I don’t like the most about a room is hair.. I’m not sure if I will stay there again because of all the noise there.

The beds and shower was my favorite.

We loved this property, one of the downfalls is that while exploring the place barefoot my feet where very dirty, I think it’s past time to deep clean the carpets in the hallways. The pool was amazing and so was the staff. We loved everyone who worked with us, and they where beyond friendly. They where amazing at accommodating with the breakfast in the morning with our babies.

I did love it, however after wiping up a small mess my daughter made in the kitchen the wipe was black, I’m not 100 percent sure that our room got mopped before we came. Also no one was allowed to come in and clean while we stayed for 5 nights, we took out our own trash and I borrowed a vacuum from the front office to clean our own room. However I don’t mind I actually enjoy cleaning, I’ve never stayed in a hotel where I’ve had to do that much cleaning of my own. I do wish we got more trash bags as well because I had to take trash out several times too.

The check in process was extremely easy. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean, and comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was amazing. While we did not use the pool, it looked very nice. They provided towels, and there was plenty of seating.

The television in our room had a shadow like strip down the screen. It was not a huge issue as we didn't spend a lot of time watching TV. We did inform the front desk and they stated they would get it fixed. The placement of the hotel was a little odd. Two out of the three ways to get onto a major road was complicated. It was hard to see cross traffic coming, and it was also hard finding a place where it was safe to get on the major roadway. This has nothing to do with the hotel, just something I didn't like.

Had to cancel onsite at an earlier reservation at another hotel...it's was nothing like the pics..outdated and the rooms smelled...we decided to pick your hotel literally while we were in the parking lot at the other... although we could only stay one night it really is a wonderful comfy hotel..The staff is really friendly

There wasn't a scrubber to wash dishes and the fold out sofa is too close to the main bed when opened...and the sofa bed is directly beside the AC which made it very cold for my child

Cleanliness and friendly staff! Easy check-in!

Alot of noise in hallway from kid outside our door! At bedtime there was a child crying all throughout night, we could hear clearly through walls making it difficult to sleep! Also had house keeping try to come in our room at 9:30 am on morning of checkout while we're sleeping! Thank goodness for the latch lock! This shouldn't happen on day of checkout as they should wait to hear from front desk that you're checked out!

It was in a good location. It was close to all the places we needed to go. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The indoor pool was nice and clean. Rooms were clean.

The parking lot was small and didn’t always have space to park. Didn’t have a view out the window. The guest in the room above us would stomp all night and get up at 7 am the next day and start again. The rooms were small and not really equipped to hold a king bed and a sofa bed.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff is very nice. Towne Place Suites is great. When I go anywhere else I will try to find a Towne Place Suites.

Well. I wish the pool was open.

Very comfy beds and the room was very clean. Check in was fast and easy and Art was exceptionally helpful and polite.

I chose this place partly because of wanting an indoor pool. Would have been nice if we had been told the pool had been drained.

Breakfast options were good and overall the room was very clean and spacious.

Nothing that I can say strongly. There was minor issue with the drainage of water in the tub and sink but they fixed it right away.

The staff was excellent. Very personable and engaged people. Very courteous and supporting. Well coached. Would be a great example to benchmark other locations off of.

There was not one thing that we did not like about the stay at this location.
