Comfort Inn Dickson

The staff were polite and helpful and smiled a lot. My room was nice and cool when I stepped inside, and the hotel was quiet all evening. I stayed one night and didn't have a chance to use the fitness center or eat breakfast at the hotel. But ... The fitness center is visible from the lobby and has glass walls - so I could see that it was well furnished and very clean. As I was checking out the next morning, I passed the breakfast area, and it smelled delicious - which made me sad I didn't have time to eat.

There was a bit of a musty, damp smell in my room, but not so much that I complained. This particular Comfort Inn has been around for at least 20 years that I'm aware of. It has the lower ceilings and the smaller rooms, but it's been redecorated, is clean and quiet, feels safe, and has a capable staff. This hotel provides a happy medium for those of us who want a nice stay and reasonable rates.

The room was great! Just like I like them. The shower was great, the room was clean and that's the most important thing. It was just an awesomely comfortable room. If it was closer to Nashville I would stay there every time I visit. The breakfast was nice too! There was a lot of different choices of things to eat.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. It could have been a little cheaper, but that was probably my fault, I forgot to ask for any kind of discount.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of a variety. The location was great.

The flip lock to the room door was broken. The handle to the bathroom was also broken. We were left with very little toilet paper and actually ran out during our (one night) stay. The bathroom had some dirt on the tub and floor. The parking was slim and very little in the front of the hotel. Safety concerns for those traveling alone or with children.

Breakfast was great. The worker was very good at keeping everything stocked and fresh. Very friendly.

The room was great and the bathroom had lots of room. However I feel That the handicap rails in the bathtub/shower need a grip finish on them because they were very slick when wet.

The Breakfast was good and the staff was always very nice.

They need to check the rooms a little better. My tv had a line down the screen and I had an outlet that was so worn out I couldn't plug anything into it. The beds were harder than I liked. Overall I would stay there again.

Comfortable. Good parking, enough room for trailers.

During a heavy rain, the hotel next door flooded, almost 3 feet deep water covered their whole parking lot. This hotel’s lot was dry, but the drain off from the flooded parking lot had to be forded in order for us to leave.

The room and staff were great. I like using Comfort Suites because the value always fits my budget. I think in the future I will try to get a room at the end of the building.

The children screaming in the a few rooms down and the loud party the went on until 3 am. In the future I will request a room that does not have a lot of traffic pass my door.

Rooms were very clean faculty was very nice and quick to respond to any thing said negatively since the pool was out of commission they upgraded our room on the last night to the presidential suite with a hot tub which made it okay since the swimming pool was out of order. Didn't charge anymore for the last night for the upgrade either. I would come back and stay again

Pool was closed during our stay but they took care of my problem of not being able to use this facility so on the last night of the day they upgraded our room which was a single room with King bed to the presidential suite with a hot tub which cured the problem. , not enough coffee in the room.

Nice place! This facility had the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a hotel in years!! There was plenty of parking, the facility was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

The elevator was sloooowwww.

The bed mattress was worn out. Mattress sagged badly on one side of the bed (the side next to the nightstand). I have been to several Comfort Inns over the past year and the beds were outstanding. Time to change that one out. Room 316; bed closest to the bathroom.
