I like updated the decor and comfy bed. It made me feel comfortable.

I wish the toilet had a lid. Thank God that my husband was with me. Last time I forgot my credit card and this time my drivers license. I’m not sure what was going to happen to my prepaid room if my husband wasn’t there with a license and a credit card. We had driven 300 miles only to possibly be turned away and lose the money paid for the room. There has to be some exceptions for mishaps. I learned my lesson. I guess no more prepaid reservations with your chain. I’m just going to hope to find a room somewhere nice or sleep in my car.

very clean, the staff was friendly, went out of their way to go above and beyond. the room was bright, clean, spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I’ve been coming into town a lot but first time at this hotel so just noticing all the little things I loved. The large towels, room to move about in the bathroom. I could go on and on.

Room was very clean and appeared to be new. Bed was comfy along with different firmness of pillows for various taste.

The sink faucet water for “hot” did not seem to work. Let water run for over 5mins, no hot water. Even after taking a hot shower, tried faucet hot water again, still cold. Advised staff at check out. Also was surprised in the morning to wake up and to discover no complimentary breakfast. Had to pay for one which was surprising at the price point for the room for one night.

The facility was new and very beautiful and exceptionally clean. Staff was great. Everyone greeted us.

We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our room. I didn't expect beds to be made but no one even emptied the trash. We had to go down and get towels daily. Had a huge pile on the floor when we left. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

I remember the Booking.com hotel description mentioning breakfast inclusion, but did not explain that you had to pay for it, and there would only be one person cooking and prepping the food. The person who checked us in mentioned breakfast hours, which I also took to mean that breakfast was included.

The staff was exceptional. Supv Angela Greer made sure everything was perfect. Very welcoming and accommodating. The perfect host from beginning to end. We felt like we were at home. The hosts at the bistro and bar were great as well.

The furniture in the room was very stained. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it.

The shower I didn’t like because it’s not a full glass door so water was still getting on the floor. I also think they should put the hand soap near the sink and not inside of the shower. I have to reach in the shower just to get hand soap to wash my hands.

The check in/out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and towels were well stocked. Free Showtime Location Staff was attentive and friendly

Only thing I could say ,is that wifi most not come included, or t.v. isn't connected to internet. I didn't need either so didn't effect my trip

Clean, modern, great location

There was a confusion with my payment thru Booking.com which caused a delay in registration. This was inconvenient after a long travel day.
