Best Western Plus Galleria Inn & Suites

If I could rate this stay a 20/10, I would. I was travelling with a handicapped guest, and they were VERY accomidating with the room and other ammeneties that facilitated a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Perfect location and distance from the attractions we were visiting.

The toilet in our room needed to be resealed. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Property was clean and beds comfortable.

The air unit was so high up on the wall that I had to stand on the bed to see what it was set on- and even then it was difficult to see- and I’m 5’8”. Also, the hallway was stuffy and smelly. You can tell they are trying to use something to cover up smells, but when someone is smoking pot, it’s hard smell to cover up. Unfortunately, that seems to be a common issue in hotels now.

This hotel room came with 2 Queen beds and a twin bed. This worked exceptional for 3 separate adults. All three beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and addressed my one issue Immediately. And the breakfast was more than I expected.

The refrigerator was too small for snacks, it only held drinks.

The room was very nice and it was clean. Air conditioner worked well. It was the perfect size having the 3 beds. My son enjoyed being able to have the twin size bed in its on little alcove. Breakfast was good and given that the pandemic is still going on, it was nice to see the hotel staff serving the food instead of people getting it individually. The hotel itself was decorated well and we loved the murals at the check-in/checkout window depicting the area and Elvis. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The luggage porters were a little odd. Maybe need to get the traditional flat cart kind that have the bar across the top to hang luggage instead of these triangular ones. The traditional porters hold more when people are moving their stuff around.

The hotel is very convenient to the interstate. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The front desk clerks were friendly and efficient, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The only very small issue we had with our room was that the faucet was leaking and it dripped constantly. However, at checkout we did let the front desk know that they should have their plumber look at it. Other than that, the accommodations were great. Wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

I'd like from the moment we got there for the moment we left everyone was so friendly our room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing We also requested a room with a window facing the interstate and we got it room 311 is exactly like that

The air conditioner did not seem to work and there were spots in the shower it wasn't dirty it was just chipped really bad

The hotel was clean and the decor was nice

Room (212) had a broken toilet seat which pinched my butt whenever it was used. The parking lot wasn't safe...there had been 20 cars broken ( windows was broken out) into and 2 vandalized. The hotel holds no responsibility for anyone's car which in my opinion is INSANE!! The hotel was ok . I wouldn't visit again.

The quietness peaceful restaurants right around the corner not too far from where I need to go all the TV channels it was wonderful

No comment because it was wonderful just next time have some bacon

I would like to mention that the cleaning staff is extraordinary. Specifically Ms.Patricia she was very polite and helpful.

unfortunately one of the front desk members was rude and did not apologize for inconveniencing me and my children.

our room had a moldy smell to it but once reported to mgmt at the front desk on 5/6 he immediately switched our room we are not big fans of pork just wish that there was a more variety of turkey products
