I liked that they had hydrating water.
Property was okay…. I Don agree with people smoking at the front door when you walk in. They put an extra $50.00 on your card in case you smoke in the room, but it takes a week to drop off. I am a non smoker and allergic to smoke. The staff was rude and not nice at all.

The room actually had a pleasant smell to it. The front desk and breakfast staff were both helpful and friendly. The pool water was very warm which was nice that it was heated.
The rain lol it wasn't anyone's fault but it's the only bummer to the stay.

This is a nice, clean hotel, very quiet and a bonus is that we saw a security guard car patrolling the parking lot. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was okay--could use a little more updating there, but otherwise, clean towels and Neutrogena toiletries. The lobby area was very nice and clean, as were the hallways.
My room could've been a little cleaner. The telephone (who uses these?) looked like it needed cleaning between the buttons, and the desk had something on it (leftover from a glass or food). The carpet needed cleaning based on how my socks looked after walking around on it.

The location and the breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean and when we asked for extra towels the staff responded immediately.
The alarm system kept going off during the night it was disturbing.

The beds were comfortable. The ONLY complaint I had was around 6am each morning it got a little warm, but that could have been the fault of the sun. Breakfast was good and although I really didn't need the staff, each one I encountered spoke and were very courteous and welcoming. There are plenty of eateries and entertainment very close by. This is our second time stay and there will definitely be a 3rd.
No complaints about this facility or staff.

The room was great, and the staff was wonderful.
My only issue is that the Booking.com app double booked me. The desk clerk said it was not a problem and he would delete one. Now, I have been double charged for the room. Booking.com says they are checking with Hampton Inns. Meanwhile, I am still charged twice for one room for one night.

The Breakfast was very good, the coffee was hot and the options were great. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I felt at ease right away and throughout our stay.
The only thing that was difficult was trash disposal. There were very small trash cans in the room. It wasn't clear what to do with the trash from our purchases during our stay.
