Courtyard Dallas Addison Quorum Drive

The location of hotel was great. The a/c unit was the coldest I've ever experienced which was great when it is over 100 degrees outside. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Shower was decent.

Pillows are terrible but most hotels don't have good pillows. The A/C was cold but very loud, we couldn't even hear the TV and it kept us awake cutting on and off all night. The elevators were quite a long way from the lobby.

Everything, but if I had to point out a couple of things. Rooms, rates, and location. Rooms are amazing and for the price, your walking distance of a ton of restaurants. Overall it was an amazing time and they were very accommodating for a large group family vacation.

Nothing comes to mind, maybe the hours for the Starbucks that's on location but even then there was one 2min away.

The hotel is starting to show its age. Not as nice as 5 years ago. Also the customers and parking lot, is not as " safe " as years ago. :/

Location was across the street from the conference venue. Hotel was very close walking disrance to TGIF restaurant, Whole Foods Market and 7-11 convenience store. Area was safe and well lighted. More restaurants and stores located a few blocks down the road.

A team of high school girls was there and they wer making a lot of noise in the morning. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

The hotel overall was good but our key stop working and we had to sit in lobby until maintenance came. It was 1 am .I spoke with management about it and she stated she could not adjust our rates because of booking thru a third party.I contacted them and they contacted her. She still did not adjust the rates!!Poor management call!!

This location is perfect. So many food places right on belt line and Walmart is 4mins away.The hotel wasn’t too crowded but limited parking. We tried to keep our vehicles on the side near the elevators but that lot filled up pretty fast.

Housekeeping and front desk clerk didn’t answer the phones in the evening. If we needed anything we had to walk to the front desk.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The beds were surprisingly more comfortable than we expected. More importantly, we felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

very good location. There were many restaurants to chose from and it was right off the Toll way great for my travel.

the breakfast was up to par as far as quality my bacon was cooked to hard like jerky and the egg I ordered was weirdly textured. Didn’t taste like eggs at all.

Close to where I do some business… And close to some very good restaurants…

Minor issues with the room I had during this stay but nothing major …

It was clean and affordable.

The beds were very uncomfortable.
