La Quinta by Wyndham Dallas - Addison Galleria

Clean facility and grounds. Staff very nice and helpful. Location was ideal for the holiday weekend and local fireworks show. I also felt very safe with all the locking doors in place at the facility.

We stayed for the holiday and local fireworks show. On the holiday, July 4th, the pool had chemicals added at 10:00 a.m. which was pool opening time. There were many children waiting to swim and the chemicals added a 3 hour delay in opening. Someone should have thought ahead about the schedule for chemicals in regards to a holiday.

I liked the location and the room was nice. It met our needs.

I didn’t like the small beds. You need to have queen beds…. Or rooms with more option choices if you have 3 people being able to sleep in the same room. The breakfast needs to have more variety. Not too much but slightly..also the bathroom didn’t have a lock and the door was already broken from the top… it seems like they just fixed it or tried to with staples

It was clean and well maintained. I liked that at night there was still plenty of lighting to walk the dog or walk out of the building and feel somewhat safer.

I was there for a total of 5.5 days and the pool was closed for 4 of those days. Would have been nice to utilize the pool after I got off work. Also, I went to breakfast 2 of the 5.5 days. Not much of a selection and the eggs they had in the warmer were extremely dry.

Property was very neat and clean and smelled really good throughout the hotel, even on the elevators...very quiet, and they had the pool open

The breakfast ...the eggs were not real of course but they were really bad, almost like a pan full of crumbs, both mornings.. not many options to choose from. Also had to pay a 100 dollar deposit upon checking in..didn't know about that.

The outdoor area was a lot nicer than expected, and there are a lot of rooms with direct access to it. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly and made the check-in/ check-out process easy.

The bathroom door didn't have a latch to click shut, let alone lock. Wasn't a big deal for us, but if traveling with a group would be less than ideal. The breakfast was also a little disappointing, but that may just be because we got there pretty late in the morning.

The breakfast wasn't too bad but like all hotel breakfasts these days, it was fairly basic. Good thing was they always had hard boiled eggs and a hot offering, sausages and sometimes scrambled eggs.

The thing that wasn't great was the struggle we had every time we tried to enter our room using the card that is supposed to give a green light. We had our cards programmed once, and the staff told us they are soon getting rid of the cards and will have a new system.

We had a really great stay at the La Quinta. The hotel had everything we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service at the reception was great. We really appreciated everyones friendliness at the reception, especially Ravi! Ravi was able to answer all of our questions and made it an awesome experience!

We liked everything really, we made a mistake while booking and the front desk was very quick and helpful to get us in the rooms we needed.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like, I guess if there was one dislike according to our toddler, the day we came the cable was out and he couldn’t watch his toons, but he was just fine.

The evening guy was very helpful, the full breakfast was nice. The hallways stayed dirty. Our room was good and when we needed to change rooms due to no refrigerator, we were accommodated.

Only one elevator worked. The hallways were rarely cleaned, something spilled by the 2nd floor ice machine was not cleaned up. There were crumbs and dirty footprints through the halls.

You gave me a room w a door connecting to the next room.. what a disaster.. you can hear the other person going to the bathroom, laughing, watching tv.. it’s ridiculous. The room was not clean, roaches in the bathroom… I paid $500 and it was gross
