Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria

Room was great. Everything looks nice and taken care of. We had a busy schedule but there seemed to be plenty of things to do without going anywhere. You could walk to the Galleria if you wanted easily. TV had an input panel that was a little dated but has an HDMI-In which is rare for hotels that I've been to. If I do this again I'll likely say there again.

The AC is near the vent and the vent is near an inner door. When the door is open, the vent is blocked and even if it's not blocked it's still so close to the thermostat that the room never really gets that cold. I'm a hot sleeper so I had to sleep out from under the blankets. Wasn't a big deal but was noteworthy. The only other thing was the parking possibly could cost you? The arms were up and when I inquired the lady at the front desk said "Oh well since they're up I won't charge you." Implying that yeah, there's paid parking. I didn't see that when I reserved. Wasn't an issue this time but could be worth noting.

I loved the the space within the room. I loved that it had a closet, counter space, a nice couch. I really enjoyed that there was a tv in both the room and the living room. The bathroom space was the key for me as well as having a door to access the living room and another door to access the bedroom. The view was really nice. I hope next time I come that I will request a higher level to view Dallas. The parking lot I liked how you had to have a key to get access to it.

The staff was amazing and very friendly, I like the area as well it was good.

I didn’t like that for the both mornings I stayed there I was waking up to a notification from my phone about being charged by the hotel and me having to call the front desk to know why I was being charged this amount, the staff explain the first one but the second amount I was told that the system does that on its own! I just want to be charged and pay what I need to pay so I can enjoy my stay.

I loved this hotel. Everything about it.. its way more upscale then i thought it was. And for the price i paid it exceeded my expectation.. this will be my hotel for now on whenever im in dallas. Literally walked across to the mall.. right off the highway... Very quiet... Room was perfect...

Only thing i didnt like was i had to leave at some point.

Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, room was massive, beds were comfortable, the stay was almost perfect and even the hotel building itself was pretty impressive!

Parking not included, breakfast not included, WiFi not included. Seems like a really good deal until you start adding all the little things together. 15$ a night WiFi is a bit excessive isn't it? Would have been 10/10 if not for the little things. But I parked on the road, didn't eat breakfast and managed to use a different WiFi so they can keep a solid 9/10.

it was directly across from the galleria, and not too far from downtown Dallas and Love Field airport.

There were kids all over the place. There was a huge fan outside our door. At 3am, I had to call down and ask someone to come unplug it. Their website said 24 hour room service, but there wasn’t any. There was a smell coming from the bathroom sink drain, and a few of our lights didn’t work which made it hard to see because of the placement of the other lights in the room.

This is absolutely one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed at. The staff was simply amazing in everything from checking to check out to any issues that we incurred while we were staying

Not a fan of the breakfast being an additional charge. We ended up not doing breakfast at the hotel that morning because it was an additional charge

Nice clean facilities. Nice contemporary decor.

Only complaint was the noise level. It was well after midnight and there were several people being loud in the hallway. The room was near the elevator, so will be sure to ask for a room away from the elevator on future stays.

I arrived a bit early but the hotel accommodated me and had a room available and checked me in early so I didn't have to wait around for another hour.

Had issues getting in and out of parking lot due to a mechanical issue with the mechanism reading room keys temporarily to raise the arm. Small inconvenience but temporary. Did not the problem previously so no big deal.

I loved how exceptional we were greeted upon our stay. The room was a great size I didn’t expect it to be so big and spacious by looking at the photos, but it was great!

I didn’t like that the gate coming out was broken and we had to constantly press the buzzer to be let out.
