Residence Inn Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

Everything was wonderful, very quiet, away from the highway. About 15 minutes from downtown .Lots of stores and restaurants in the area 7-Eleven Etc. I actually took a stroll to the 7-Eleven instead of driving, only a five-minute walk , The room was nice and clean, having a full kitchen with all of the appliances was wonderful. I was able to make my own meals and save myself money by not having to eat out everyday. Complimentary breakfast wasn't bad either, they had eggs sausage and bacon cooked perfectly, blueberry muffins and everything so actually it was excellent.. the pool was clean hot tub was nuce and clean everything was excellent. A great stay overall.

The only thing that I didn't like is that the air conditioning wasn't getting cold enough , it wasn't getting as cold as it should have been, but that's not their problem sometimes those AC units just go bad. The front desk was wonderful with helping me with the issue as best as they could especially with it being the weekend. They had maintenance come out and try to fix it best he could . But I just think the unit is going bad. Best part about it is management took money off of my stay because I was having problems with it without me even asking. Wonderful staff ,would definitely be staying again.

I liked the location and the facility was nice.

When they are cleaning they need to make sure hair is not left everywhere from the previous guest, especially in the towels and sheets. It disgusted me that hair was all over the walls in the restroom, and all over the bed. Also, on booking.com I paid extra to have a view of the pool and courtyard, and all I had a view of was a wall. Other than that I probably could have given them a 10

The breakfast was good and the staff there very friendly and helpful.

As towels are NOT replaced every day, I feel there need to be more towel racks, so the towels can dry between uses. This is true for ALL hotels. Most of the grounds were in good condition, but the flower beds around the pool needed weeding.

This pictures hotel does not do this place justice. We got the two bedroom suite and it was super spacious and comfortable. Staff was very kind and breakfast was delicious. The jacuzzi was extra warm and the laundry room was good.

Our room was HOT. The AC was not working we had to crack open windows. We never made a complaint though either so we do not know if it was just broken or what was going on. I do recommend speaking with staff since they are so kind we just never made the time.

The hotel was very clean everyone was very nice , it would have been a lot better if I could have had the TV working in the bedroom next time I come I will make sure all of the TVs work.

My TV in the bed room didn't work , I called the front desk and they told me that they will let the maintenance man come fix it but he never came so I went for two days without TV in the bedroom. Because this was a third-party I paid I was not able to get any compensation off my room.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite (family of 4). The place was very clean. The property is in a good location close to many restaurants and surprisingly very quiet to be located near so many. The beds were very comfortable! TVs In each room (3 total) I liked that they had pots and pans, plates, spoons in the kitchen area just ready to whip up something if you don’t want to eat out.

My bedroom door had a hole where it looked like someone punched it. And it wouldn’t close correctly.

The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The breakfast was perfect for someone on the go. It was a grab and go continental. The facilities were great. We stayed 7 days and it always felt good getting back to the hotel because we knew we would find everything clean and orderly, ready for us to relax. The pool is very nice. There is also a barbecue area.

No complaints at all.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. The location was at the center of everything. No need for a rental car.

Housekeeping was not the best as far as honoring requests.

Breakfast is far far away from the room ... You have to go through 2 doors or key cards- almost to get to it.. Key card doesn't work sometimes... Its a little tricky. Also... it kind of stinks that a guest or food delivery- can't come through lobby ... I have to go down to Building B to meet them. But its ok. The good room was worth it. :/ :)
