I liked that it was a good location and they accommodated us with a room near our children downstairs near the pool last minute. Beds were very comfortable for the most part Rooms were nice and centrally located where we needed to be

treat for pests as there were German cockroaches under the refrigerator. I do not know if it was an infestation but did not like the possibility of bringing back hitchhikers from our trip. More importantly, did not like that I was charged again at the room and a $50 security fee that I will have to track after my stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My AC knob was broken, I reported it around noon and by the time I returned for the day, the whole unit had been replaced and worked perfectly. The room was clean and the stay was comfortable.

I didn't check the AC unit when I checked in. The knob was obviously broken, I recommend the cleaning staff check all aspects of the room each day.

The room is clean nice and comfortable

All the dryers are broken and they not even trying to get them fixed. The overnight guy was in the back sleep so hard I was ringing the bell for him for like 30 minutes just for him to tell me they don’t have any plastic silverware for the guess. Also they don’t serve breakfast so they’re lying to people online

Cleanliness, easy free parking, and a great location. Surrounded by Target and lots of great restaurants and drink shops.

There was no shower curtain so the water spilled out onto the floor. There's no bathroom fan, and the bathroom door was slightly off one of its hinges so closing it required jiggling the door into the frame a bit. No escalator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs if you're on the second story.

Clean and convenient.

Not enough pillows. Literally one pillow per person. . There were four pretty flat pillows . Two on each bed. Also, evidently some quest had our room prior and from the amount of things they had on the luggage trolleys they must have lived in the rooms. These two luggage carts were packed and right outside our door for two hours after we arrived. Then the people rolled the carts to the courtyard directly in front of our room where they sat outside for hours. This made us very uncomfortable. It’s like they were looking at us like we kicked them out of their residence.

Quit and pleasant

Had to go to the parking lot or other side to smoke I was out side my door smoking was told I couldn't smoke there even know I didn't throw my butts on ground other then that was a good stay

Awesome location! Everything you need is within 6 blocks. Very safe and affluent area.

Some people were loud by the pool well after midnight. However, I called the front desk to report it and the problem was resolved.

I liked the updated rooms - new bathrooms, etc. It had a nice bed / but stains on the bedding. I was grateful that it was dog friendly!

There was large roach outside the door and one small one inside the room. Questionable characters staying there also.

The room was large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Towels were soft and of decent quality. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The water from the faucet at the sink needed more pressure.
