gorgeous property- beautiful rooms tucked away in a peaceful spot but just a stone’s throw away from South Congress bustle
walls are a little thin, and music around the pool is quite loud- but they are very super nice and always happy to accommodate as much as possible

We arranged dinner last minute at Summer House and enjoyed a lovely evening with friends on the patio. The ambience was perfect, however the food was just ok. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor terrace outside our room during our stay. The location couldn't have been better with access to shopping and restaurants.
Parking overnight at the hotel was pricey as there is free parking on the street.

The hotel was right off of busy South Congress, but felt like a little woodsy paradise the moment you walked up the stairs. The street noise was cancelled out, and they had an awesome playlist going at all times. The design of every corner was thoughtful and unique.

The location is fantastic. We live in Austin and wanted to spend a couple days on South Congress, and enjoy some time in the pool. Both lived up to expectations. It was a fun weekend.

Excellent quality. We valet parked, which worked out very well. Anytime we needed the car the process was done in a very timely manner. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was fabulous! Will definitely return.
