very clean friendly staff modern decor nice bathrooms great breakfast

Property directions on map quest were very difficult to follow and we had never traveled through that area. We are very grateful to the young lady from the front desk who helped guide us to the hotel via phone. Very friendly and genuinely helpful. (April 8, 3 pm) She is truly an asset to this facility.

Nice room, friendly staff, ok breakfast (nothing fancy)

Not clean; lots of hair in the bathroom (both long and short), dirty towels, very dirty carpet floor - even found toe nails on the floor. The beds seemed clean though.

Public areas and my room were clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with tasty options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

There were a few maintenance issues, with vending machines and ice machines out of service, and a broken closet door latch in my room.

Extremely clean. Hot shower. Cold AC. Beautifully appointed. Fresh linens. Comfortable mattress. Everything you could ever want for breakfast. Well lit rooms and safe parking area.. Very nice place to stay.

The electrical wiring in the bathroom was faulty. The bathroom door had gunk on it. The windows had globs of dirt. Most people wouldn't notice the door and window but l'm a weirdo clean freak so...

the room was excellent, fair sized, everything we needed- fridge, microwave, coffee maker. good quality towels, the breakfast was perfect- lots of choices, great location.

would prefer real cutlery in the breakfast room- plastic knives and forks were difficult to use.

Room was spacious and clean. Checking in was easy, staff was friendly.

Breakfast could be improved. No fruits available, and overall healthy options are extremely limited. Also, they use non reusable plates and cutlery, so there is a lot of waste, which it is not environmentally friendly.

The breakfast was good - tasty waffles. The room was nice and we appreciated the ice machines on each floor. Nicer than average complimentary soaps. Gave a sufficient amount of towels. The front desk lady was nice. Room and public spaces were clean. Convenient location for visiting cave with no name.

Woken up a few times from people talking in the hallway and the elevator ding (thin walls!)

they ran out of coffee except decaf and that was a big problem. staff apologized but for my family it was unacceptable.

Hotel was very clean, beds/pillows very comfy, A/C worked very well and was very quiet. Room was very clean and no odors. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

Waffle makers are always a plus and the hours remained open for late eaters which was nice. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice.

The floors were wet from a flood that came in through the lobby and when I notified the desk clerk he stated that it didn't reach the rooms which wasn't true. Also, the scrambled eggs were of jello like consistency.
