The Bevy Hotel Boerne, A Doubletree By Hilton

The room was very comfortable and clean, especially the mattress was wonderful. To me that is one of the important aspects when choosing a hotel. Nothing can make up for poor sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were guests for two weddings that weekend so, it was a busy but it never got crowded. Everyone was attentive and positive. The facility is beautiful.

The only thing that could truly improve is the breakfast. Their breakfast does not meet expectations in any way. I have been to many other hotels, especially in Europe and the breakfast at the Bevy was compared to other experiences disappointing. But also for the American experience, breakfast at the Bevy cannot compete. - I do not want gravy to be the highlight on the morning buffet. There was the option of ordering an omelet a la carte but even that left a lot to be desired for. That is costing one star. I would recommend going to a breakfast restaurant in Boerne. Other than that there was nothing that we did not enjoy about our stay.

Friendly Staff,accommodating. The Buffett does need a little help the food wasn’t as fresh as it should be. The drinking glasses were a bit smelly. This area needs some work. Biscuits were overly dry. French toast seemed more like cinnamon bread than French toast. Overall great experience but Buffett needs attention to detail.

Nice location for sure. Room could have been bigger. Nice bathroom and amazing water pressure!! Again the staff was just kinda snooty.

Both attendants at the counter were not pleasant. Almost put out by us. Could have been a one-off. But it was enough to make us think twice about returning.

The staff was awesome! The cleanliness of the common areas, pool, and our room was exceptional. Breakfast was great and we'd love to stay here again.

The only negative thing was the air conditioner was noisy. Not so loud that it prevented sleeping but loud enough to need to increase the TV volume so it could be heard.

Hotel has a very cozy feel to it. Very nice bar and lounge area. The restaurant has adequate seating. The staff was amazing striking a great balance between covid save and very welcoming. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Most rooms don't have a tub if you are looking for a soak - you have to ask.

Wasn't much to dislike.... I guess the bed was a little soft and the TV channels are limited. I'm really reaching for something to say!

I liked the location, cleanliness of the room, friendly Staff, and amenities. I also want to compliment the chef on the homemade raspberry jam that was absolutely delicious. My kids also loved the complimentary chocolate chip cookies.

Love the location, cookies on arrival with complimentary water. live music that night and a working bar and room service. Great bedding and room design. beautiful pool area also.

Nice facility location and conveniently located off I-10 but surprisingly quiet for being so close to a major thoroughfare.

The non refundable pet fee was higher than I expected to pay.

Lobby area was very beautiful with lots of places to relax and eat/drink. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Such a lovely hotel to stay, would come again
