Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort

The Staff Was wonderful, the club room was beautiful and the views were amazing!

The rooms were very outdated and had a smell of mildew. Tile on floors were broken. Our breaker in our bathroom also went out twice,

For the price it went beyond my expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable and I love the little interior design touches to the room. The surrounding landscape is just absolutely beautiful and i like that we have easy access to the resort and the large outdoor fire pit areas. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. We forgot to order drinks for dinner from La Cascada restaurant so when we ordered it at dinner time, they even put the chocolate bars we got from the La Tienda on the house due to the wait!

Overall the experience was really good especially considering the price, however there were some minor issues. The sliding door in our room (414) didnt really lock so we were a bit concerned if someone could get in. In the bathroom the paint was peeling slightly at the bottom of the door.

We liked the temperature of the shower. I liked that there were two areas to use a mirror in the bathroom area. The view was amazing.

The pillows were not comfortable. Recommend bring your pillows. We took a night swim(due to not wanting to get too much sun during the day), and the pool was like a hot tub. I think we would have enjoyed ourselves a lot more had we visited in the fall or spring.

Upon arrival the staff was very professional, the room i stayed in was great. The pool felt pretty good for the type of weather there was. It was a relaxing self love trip. I will definitely visit again but with my kids, I think they would really enjoy it.

Access to the spa was not very easy had i known that reservation need to be made before arriving I would have made them. My coffee maker didn't work in my room but I was able to get coffee at the restaurant on the property.

All of the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the pro shop, were very helpful and courteous. The rooms and the golf course could use a little sprucing up, but overall, the grounds are lovely. It is very convenient to Boerne with restaurants/shopping. Very relaxing stay.

Pillows. Perhaps provide different kinds of pillows so guests have a chance to find something that works for them.

The pool area was beautiful and the location is just far enough to make you feel like you are getting away, but close enough not to have to go too far for a weekend escape.

The only complaint I have is that when we arrived at 11:00 am to enjoy breakfast, the had already moved onto lunch. We would have loved to have had brunch options, especially since it was a Sunday.

Beautiful location. Nice pool area. Nice staff. Beds were comfortable but a little bit too soft for my liking… comfortable pillows and quilt. Rooms had a refrigerator but no microwave. Beautiful new clubhouse and restaurant.

No spa. No pool services during the week. No microwave in the room. Very small, hot tub by the pool . Bathroom a bit worn, but the rest of the room was updated.

Every day the golf rental place let us borrow clubs to “play” golf with our early riser toddler and it was the highlight of the trip for him.

Restaurant was a let down and the scheduled activities were hit or miss, could use a little more programming, especially for the movie nights, like some bean bag chairs and popcorn and cocoa or something .

The restaurant, the drinks, the staff, the location, the weather❤ the pools the gym! A heavenly place! ❤

Everything was just exceptional.. I wish just to see a larger menu next time.. the manager was absolutely understanding and listens to costumers, so were the receptionists with their professionalism and easy and effective communication! The suite we had was perfect in Everything (it just needs the microwave, other than that, it's just real high level) . Food was so chic and delicious so were the drinks! ❤ I would love to see them improving the menu for larger choices for the pizzas and especially breakfast. But it was a very wonderful staying❤
